The second time I've used a Park Plaza hotel, and once again was mightily impressed. Some hotels charge much more for less, I will definitely use Park Plaza again.
Summary
Good customer service, excellent comfortable bed. Small problem with a leaking shower but overall a good experience. Used the organic cooffee shop opposite for breakfast

Have just returned from a perfect weekend break in London. Made extra special by the quality of the hotel we picked through laterooms.com. Absolutely fabulous room equally matched by undoubtably the nicest hotel staff (ALL OF THEM) we have ever encountered ! The staff are most definitely a tribute to the organization . Excellent dinner and breakfast.Great location for transport links into city centre. Didn't want to leave !

Staff very friendly and helpful, recommended

A pleasant stay at a good quality hotel
Summary
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, very comfortable and clean, I would definately stay here again.
Summary
Great hotel, just minutes away from Victoria Station so ideal for using the tube.
Hotel room wasnt huge but no smaller than any other room I\'ve stayed in. Modern & room was spotless. Staff very helpful.
Can\'t comment on the food as we ate out.
Couldn\'t fault it. We will certainly stay there again.
Thought the rooms were a little basic, the tv selection was not working. Recieved a wake up call at 4 AM that was not requested
Summary
I had a great night's sleep. The room was quiet, well-appointed and the bed excellent. The bathroom was good with a decent size of bath. For visitors wanting proximity to Victoria Station, this is the best bet and, believe me, I have stayed at them all. A word of advice - avoid the Vauxhall Bridge ride on the lower levels as the traffic noise can be bad. I usually ask for a room overlooking the centre.
Summary
The Victoria Park Plaza is extremely well located for the purpose of a city break. The purpose of our stay was to shop and to go and see Billy Elliot in the evening. We wanted to stay in a hotel within walking distance of the theatre so the Park Plaza was perfect! The show Wicked is also very close by. Victoria tube station is just a couple of minutes walk away which made shopping and visiting Covent Garden easy. Our room was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful too, and we particularly enjoyed snacks, drinks and breakfast in the Executive Suite at a very reasonable cost.
Summary
A little slow booking in despite plenty of staff on hand(they were all busy but it seemed to take a while)Room excellent.Staff friendly and helpful.Breakfast a little dissapointing ,bacon looked somewhat unappettizing but partner said tasted better than it looked.
Summary
I had such a wonderful stay in the Park Plaza Victoria. The room was gorgeous and I felt safe and comfortable. For my budget it was a bit of a stretch but it was worth it in the end, i was incredibly pleased with my choice of hotel. Victoria station couldn't be closer and Wicked is right next door.

The staff were very welcoming.

We were upgraded to an appartment & it was fantastic !! the view was amazing.
Summary
We came down by car for a christening and to meet family over from abroad on a business trip. The hotel was central, on site parking (entry a little tight for a big car) close to a tube station, good facilities, staff welcoming and helpful, quick booking out system saved a lot of time. Recommend to anyone.
Summary
It was a nice hotel and very comfortable - plus a great location. I got told off by the chambermaid so remember to put your 'do not disturb' sign on your door!
Summary
We booked this Hotel due to its locality to the Victoria Palace Theatre and links to the Tube network, all within easy reach of both.
We were very impressed with the Staff at check in and the speed at which we were dealt with, our room was 139 and everything was above expectation. A small mark on one of the pillow cases, but everything else was excellent. The Nespresso coffee machine was a nice welcome with selection of different strength coffees and biscuits.
We did have a problem with the TV, in that we were unable to access internet or TV channels. When this was reported at reception the concierge followed us back to the room and rebooted the system.
We went down for breakfast around 10.00am, busy and had to queue for approx 10 mins to be seated. The newspaper ordered on arrival had not been delivered apparently due to delivery problems, i was told someone will be ent to get one but this never happened. An alternative was offered.
Generally OK but felt the handling of our issues deserved more than lip service.
Paid £130 for a double, turned out to be good value compared to similar hotels in Central London. Clean, bright & modern hotel with very friendly & attentive staff. Room a decent size and very clean with a large, turnable flatscreen TV (not screwed to the wall like some places), nice modern bathroom with a decent shower. Room service menu a bit limited after 9:45 pm (mainly sandwiches) but I was able to get a meal at 10pm. Breakfast typical self-service buffet, high quality & very tasty. Overall this place is of a quality that would normally have set me back around £170 in Central London, so great value at £135.

Was not worth the money... and the customer service was awful !
Summary
I booked for my Mother's 70th birthday as we had tickets to see Billy Elliott. The hotel could not have been better situated. A few yards from Victoria station and five minutes walk from the theatre. It has a trendy/arty lobby with fun prints, sculptures and and open plan bar. The check in staff were very polite and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. The view of the backs of buildings was not great but it was completely quiet at night which in central london is very rare. The beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was clean with a good over bath shower. We did not eat at the hotel as there are several cafes and restaurants nearby. In the morning we took a walk to Buckingham Palace and St James Park which are also on the doorstep. The only downside was that I did specify that the booking was for my Mother's birthday. I did not expect any freebies but it would have been nice if the check in staff had wished her a happy birthday or the welcome message on the TV had included a nice comment.
Summary
Easilly found and close to mainline station (3 minutes walk). Superbly clean and well presented. Didn't try the food but the bar and restraunt looked excellent. Everything that we needed.
Summary
The hotel cannot be faulted it has an exellent location and was very clean and tidy with helpful and curtious staff
Summary
First class service with very helpful staff. The rooms were excellent, very well appointed and very comfortable. Not cheap for a retired couple, but well worth the money. They were most helpful on our return when due to delays en-route we arrived late in London, both rather tired. The staff were considerate, helpful and soon had us in a comfortable room for the night. Although close to Victoria Station it is quiet and well worth considering for a stay when in town.

I booked the plaza for my mum and dad for their 45th Wedding Anniversary. the hotel upgraded them to a suite. This was a really lovely thought and made their special day even more special.
Summary
Very nice, friendly hotel. Booking in was straight forward and room was ready several hours before. Only disadvantage was the bed linen had a small stain on the underside as did one of the complementary flannels. other than that very clean room.
Summary
Such a lovely hotel, convenient for all Central London sites I wanted to visit. I booked an Executive room, which was lovely, except for the lack of soundproofing! It was on the first floor and I felt as though I was sleeping in the street! How did such a modern hotel come to be built without soundproofing at street level? However, I was allocated a beautiful apartment on the top floor for my second night and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. I shall certainly stay here again- and hoprfully use the Spa facilities!
I had breakfast only, so can't really judge the food accurately.
