Great location for access to Gatwick friendly and...
Great location for access to Gatwick, friendly and welcoming reception staff and a very clean room, only downer was a bit of mould in the corner of the bath surround. And view not so fantastic, but ok.

Excellent night stay Location is good close to...
Excellent 2 night stay. Location is good, close to theatre. Also very close to a good range of restaurants and pubs. Check in was speedy, efficient and friendly.

Excellent hotel situated slap bang in the middle...
Excellent hotel situated slap bang in the middle of London. Excellent check-in speeds and the room was lovely. Nice big bed and very clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed here as a birthday treat together...
We stayed here as a birthday treat together with a Theatre trip. The hotel was fantastic - although like some other reviewers our room was not quite ready on arrival and had only been set up for 1 person! However, everything was rectified extremely quickly and easily. The breakfast in our room was a lovely touch (and very reasonable as included in our executive package). All in all a very swish, modern city centre hotel that we would definitely visit again.

This hotel ticked all the boxes The location...
This hotel ticked all the boxes. The location was super convenient, not pretty, but convenient, which is what I wanted. The Staff were friendly but not over friendly (Thank God!) The room was clean, great comfy bed, gorgeous bathroom and those little toiletries that you like to take home with you and then never use. All in all it was a very pleasant stay and for London extremely economical.

The hotel was really nice compared to many...
The hotel was really nice compared to many I have stayed in in London - I will certainly use it again. The room was spacious with a nice big bed. Why don't 4 star hotels have biscuits or hot chocolate :(

Very nice large double room Bathroom was especially...
Very nice, large double room. Bathroom was especially nice, looked like it had been refurbished recently. All very clean. Friendly (if slightly, ahem, slow) service at reception.Was surprised when the cleaner knocked and came into the room at 8.20am when I was still asleep - suppose I should have hung the 'do not disturb' sign on the door but since I was checking out that morning didn't think it necessary. Learned my lesson!!!

The hotel was very close to the places we wished to visit and e enjoyed our stay only complaint room was now ready at time stated 2pm and there were no chocolates as stated in late rooms description

Very pleasant clean rooms contemporary hotel Helpful and...
Very pleasant, clean rooms, contemporary hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent location in Victoria, quiet and accesible for Victoria Theatre and transport. Good restaurant around, dim sum at WiltonSt.,, tapas at Bressendn Place piazza, and thoruoghly enjoyed the weekend with my wife.

This hotel was excellent in nearly every regard...
This hotel was excellent in nearly every regard, very friendly and efficient staff, stylish interior, quiet and very convenient. Our double room with kingsize bed was very pleasant, quiet and comfortable. The only tiny problems were that the kettle lid was broken and fell off when poured, the toilet made a rather loud noise for a few minutes after flushing, and it would have been good to have had nicer coffee than instant sachets. But these are minor things and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Re-adjusted prices without any prompting from myself and came out with a deal of extremely good value giben this is central London.Room service was very prompt and food, although not large in portion, was very well cooked.Hotel is ideally located near Victoria Bus/Train and Tube Stations and walking distance to Appollo Victoria and Victoria Palace theatres (Billy Elliot). Breakfast is expensive if not with room. Bar prices very expensive but this is Central London. Would stay again.

The hotel is bright and modern rooms clean...
The hotel is bright and modern, rooms clean and comfortable.The walls are a bit thin, so you don't want noisy neighbours!Very convenient for Victoria station and the Gatwick Express.

booked the executive package but most of it (the mineral water, chocolates etc) didn't appear. Free brodband cost £6.50 per hour! Room itself was very tired and the bed very soft and uncomfortable. Staff, though, were helpful and attentive and gave me a discount when I complained at checkout. Although very convenient for Victoria and for my office, I won't stay there again
