Great hotel - fantastic service, highly recommended, we upgraded to a junior suite so we had a fantastic view of the London eye out of the window and overlooking County Hall. We'll definitely be back!
Summary
Overall we felt that the hotel was very good, especially with regards to being child friendly.nothing was too much trouble and we was very pleased with the service we received.
1 minor niggle, we booked a studio room - given the description about the way the room was laid out we had assumed that the two sleeping areas would be separated by a door, this was not the case, I would recommend checking with the hotel first if this is what you are looking for.
Congratulations and many thanks to all of the staff for being so friendly and accommodating
Great unobtrusive holiday that provides a very central location, good quality clean rooms with helpful staff. Reception in particular were very helpful with enabling an upgrade and arranging our room comfortably to accommodate two 9 year old twins too ...

Upgrade to penthouse suite and a lovely welcome and excellent service from Emily on reception made the stay very special.

Hotel in a fantastic location. Perfect for walking to the London Eye, Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Nelsons Column and the Embankment. We were in a junior suite and the room was great for families. We had breakfast in the executive lounge which was much calmer than the usual mayhem at breakfastime. All staff helpful and friendly.

Lovely hotel , studio rooms for familys are great , staff nice and helpful ,great location
Summary
Excellent location, close to many main attractions in centre of London. Great little Italian style restaurant round the corner - Cucina. Catered for adults and children. The hotel food was not entirely child friendly.
We were able to walk to Aquarium, London Eye River Cruises, Houses of Parliament, and the South Bank area. If we had been on our own (i.e. without the children we would probably have walked to Buckingham Palace too but it was just too much for our kids.
An excellent hotel to use as a base for seeing the London sites. Buses, tube and Waterloo Station nearby. Excellent staff throughout, could not fault them. We were made to feel very welcome. Our Junior Suite was great, floor to ceiling window with a super view of the Eye and Big Ben, magical when the sun went down. Spectrum restaurant/cafe/bar was handy, and very comfortable, excellent breakfasts.
I hope to use the hotel again in the future.
Hotel was modern clean and contemporary and definitely up to it's four star rating.
Very good location and we could walk everywhere or waterloo station just next door.
Very happy with our stay and would definitely consider it for next time we are in London.
Great location, 2 minutes from Waterloo, London Eye, H.O.P etc. Perfect location for easy London weekeend.
Hotel is new, rooms (7th floor) very good quality and stanard, nicely modern - microwave/fridge/sink (kitchenette) very nice touch when travelling with young kids.
Health club/pool/gym - brnad new very friendly - free to guests.
All facilities, restaurents bars good quality.
No hotel car park - but does not matter, right outside entrance is a secure public/private job - £20 for 24 hours - as good as anywhere in London!
We will be back!
We had a lovely time and were really impressed to begin with. The facilities in the room (microwave etc) are a really nice touch. Would definitely stay again. Only complaint is the lack of hot water in the morning, neither of us could bath or shower which was a real down point. When we mentioned it on checking out we were just told that there were problems with the boiler and not really offered any apologies or refund/discount etc. Other than that customer service was very good.
Summary
Booked the room late through secret rooms, as part of a surprise trip for my girlfriends birthday, and was allocated a superior room. On arrival we were told that we had been upgraded to a suite (so had the sofa, kitchen area etc). Design, quality and cleanliness of the room was first rate, if we had had a room with a view of big ben / London eye it would have been the icing on the cake (had one of Waterloo station instead!) but could not fault it in any way.
Summary
My wife and I stayed here for a weekend break .This is a fantastic hotel with great stylish rooms. We stayed in a room which had bedroom with flat screen tv also had kitchenett with microwave, well stocked fridge and sink unit.Bathroom was very good size with seperate bath and walk in shower., front room also had flat screen tv with good choice of channels to watch.Everything was spotless and cound not find any faults whats so ever.
This hotel is 3min walk from Waterloo station and sits 2mins from London Eye and Big Ben easy distance to walk into Convent garden,Oxford Street and so on .Really good value for money will only stay at this hotel now.
My girlfriend and I chose the park plaza county hall for our stay in London. Our trip was to get in some shopping, see a show, and a bit of sightseeing. The hotel was ideal, a 5 minute walk from Waterloo station so no need to carry our luggage on the underground. From Waterloo station it is only a couple of stops along the bakerloo line to picadilly and oxford circus which were our main areas of interest. back to the hotel, the room was clean and spacious with a double bed, sofa and 2 tv's. a good sized bathroom, with separate bath and shower. only downside was no free wi-fi in the room, although the leaflet in the room said this was available in the public areas of the hotel - i did not try this out.
we didnt eat there either so i cannot comment on that, although the restaurant did look very nice. Whilst im sure you can pay less for a hotel in London, the central location and distance from waterloo station made it worth it and i would definitely stay there again.
Good location and very pleasant hotel with friendly staff and lovely rooms
Summary
As a family of 2 children aged 8 and 5 we were close to all the London landmarks. One big positive was that the hotel was just a short walk from where well known bus tours stop, which as a family we prefer to use rather than the underground. Following a meal at the Rain Forrest Cafe both my children managed a Saturday evening walk back to the hotel taking in Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, Downing Street, Big Ben, West Minster Bridge and The London Eye. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly and I would recommend it as an excellent base to explore.
Summary
We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay. The staff were friendly.Location great,we walked to all we wanted to see and do.Hotel was very clean. It was our wedding anniversary so it was all we hoped for, though we asked for a room with a view and got Waterloo station!!! Still all good though, thanks
Summary
Greeted by friendly staff who gave us a free upgrade to studio rooms, which were lovely and spotlessly clean to boot. Treated ourselves to breakfast in bed the next morning and it was lovely, so much food and cooked to perfection, I really can't fault it, the location was great as it is pretty central to everything, a fab stay by us all. I will be back!!!
Summary
Excellent value for money, well looked after and very clean. Breakfast tasty and plenty of it.
Summary
We were already happy with the location (close to Waterloo station) and look of this hotel and then we entered reception to a warm greeting and an unexpected uprade to a suite. We viewed the suite with excitement. It was more than we could have hoped for. The room was quiet and the bed was absolute comfort and bliss. Did we really want to leave this room to explore the London sights?
We decided to have breakfast in the morning (buffet style). There was plenty of choice and the service was excellent, the only downside was that although the scrambled egg was very good it was cold along with the beans. All forgiven tho because the sausages were great quality and the coffee was real.
We checked out on the Sunday feeling very spoilt and can't wait to return.

Arrived a little early, but reception was very freindly and efficient. The room we had booked wasn't available, so without pause we recieved a free upgrade to a lovely room. The view looked over the thames to St Pauls and The City (Nat West Building)
The hotel is superbly situated, being a couple of minutes walk from the eye and the tube system.
Would definately stay again.
Good location, helpful staff - but let down by dirty bedlinen and very high price. Will not stay there again unless price is reduced
Summary
Hotel is modern and clean throughout, we took advantage of a high level room to ensure a view. Unfortunately that was the only disappointment, our view wasn't as good as the one portrayed on the website. I would suggest the comment 'restricted view' should be noted against the rooms affected. Apart from that the family room we occupied was spacious and comfortable, would recommend.
Summary
Had a very comfortable stay - upgraded to a suite. Remarkably quiet 5th floor room overlooking Waterloo station, good service, nice staff, decent breakfast. Location perfect for the London Eye.
Summary
We chose this hotel because they offered family rooms and it was centrally placed for the places we wanted to visit as a family.
Unfortunately the service was terrible. We arrived in London early morning and parked almost next door but the room wasn't ready which was fine as we could store our luggage for later. We were allocated a room which on on our return had been given to someone else and they didn't have any other family rooms ready!!!
It took them ages to sort out the hotel was really really busy, you had to wait over 10 minutes for a lift and the queue to check out on Sunday was at least half an hour- we didn't wait!
A great hotel but they need to sort out there organisation/service because people simply will not return no matter how great the rooms are - if you can get one!
The hotel itself was lovely, clean good sized rooms(we had a junior suite). The bathroom was spotless and great ,except for the glass slideing door which looks fabulous but doesnt block out toilet noises! We only had breakfast in the hotel once so perhaps it was a one off,but the food was cold, my sausages were under done. The staff were great, very attentive and friendly. We loved being able to use the executive lounge, as the weather was dreadful .We were able to go some where and sit other than our room.
Summary
A large modern hotel round a central well such as you might find in any major city. Our room was fine and included a mini kitchen with microwave. Some instructions on how to work the shower would have been helpful. The 12th floor view from the floor to ceiling window disconcerted my wife. At breakfast time the lifts were very crowded and we ended up walking down the stairs. We didn't eat in the hotel but had an excellent full English breakfast in nearby Lower Marsh Street for one third of hotel prices. The hotel is very conveniently located for walking to Westminster and the South Bank; Covent Garden, the Tate Galleries, Southwark and the City are also easily reached by those who can walk a mile or so.

We had accomodation on 12th floor looking out across the roof tops towards the river - it was stunning
The room was of a good standard, bed comfortable and had all the extra's one would expect - including plates and cutlery
The location was ideal for an easy stroll out into town
I don't have anything to say other that this hotel deliver first class service
