This was a very nice place to stay. When I arrived the car park was shut due to construction but I could park on the road for no charge. Upon getting into the hotel, the room was great, the food enjoyable and the service from both the front desk and the waitresses excellent. The only gripe I would have is that £15 for breakfast is a lot in my mind, but I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

Overall the experience was OK. The room was clean and newly refurbished. However there was a very strange smell that hung around which was obviously trying to be masked by some rather overpowering scented sticks. I suspect there is some sort of ventilation problem with some areas of the hotel. I've seen other reviews that mention this. We had breakfast on the last day which was OK but rather expensive at £15.00 each. It's unlikely that we would stay here again as we were attending a family gathering that happened to be in Golders Green.

Triple room on 2nd floor at back of hotel. Very quiet, comfortable, clean and warm. Parking could be a problem at busy times, but we always found a space.

On arrival the reception was modern and clean with very helpful reception staff,we then went to the room which i was so pleased about. Lovely decor modern and clean with a lovely bed just what we needed after a long travel.We decided to stay another night this was not a problem and we were able to keep the same room,nothing was a problem for the staff all very helpful and cheery.I was concerned with the hotel being next to a very busy road ... which i shouldn't have been i heard nothing at all! this hotel is close to central london.we are staying here again in february i don't think i would stay anywhere else now !! thank you to all the staff for a lovely stay they are all fantastic!

I was very pleased with the room, it was modern, clean and very comfortable. The staff and hotel in general were both excellent. I will definitely visit again.

This hotel was being re-furbished in certain areas so it was very cheap! It is perfect for the M1 and the staff were extremely helpful. When I next travel to London, I will check out the price and availability of this place first!

We had to park on the street as there were not enoughh hotel parking spaces available. Pleasant staff and a very good quality hotel.

The room was of a really high standard, I was a little concerned that due to the location of the hotel being so close to the main road that i would experience the traffic noise. However, the double glazing in the room is superb & i heard nothing all night.
The shower in the room did not work properly (temp would not adjust) however, i did a little DIY & it worked fine after that. nothing to really trouble me.
The hotel is having some building work done a the rear which is taking up most of their carpark, but there is adequate free on street carparking in the area to accomodate.

The hotel was ok however, sound travels really badly and we could hear neighbour conversations at 2 a.m. There was a party going on during the second night of our stay and even though we were on the second floor we could still hear everything - the party also meant that we could not use the restaurant. Staff there are friendly enough however the sandwich we asked for on our arrival was really poor and I do mean the poor, cheap bread and wedges of cheese...ugh!
