One Aldwych was a wonderful little hotel. The rooms were not huge but they were of adequate size. Their decor was spectacular and thoughtful. Real paintings and small nook for sitting. free Internet access. The bath was modern and beautiful. Bed comfortable and room was immaculate. The green emphasis of the hotel was appreciated. We stayed on the 4th floor and the room was quiet. An easy walk from the Covent tube. Their lobby/bar is a joyous place with lots of people and activity. A wonderful experience.

The best hotel in London we have stayed in by far.Restores my faith in London 5 star hotels after a number of disappointments at other establishments.I have thought long and hard about what could have made the stay better - and honestly I can't think of anything. Wonderful

Really good atmosphere from all the staff at this lovely hotel, from the calm valet parking man through to a leisurely breakfast the next day, all were very experienced and good. The room was a little on the small size but expertly furnished in all regards except the lack of tea/coffee making facilities and complimentary water bottles, which was the only gripe we had about our stay.

a superb luxury hotel in Covent Garden offering excellent value for money at the high end of the market. Sevice was exlempary and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The standard rooms although on the smallish side are very well appointed and the ensuite facilities with various products/bathrobes/and even tv are the best I have seen in a boutique style hotel.

This is an excellent hotel with fabulously helpful staff but having to pay for breakfast rankles and not being able to make a cup of tea in your room is just silly. Having to order a sumptuously posh OTT tray from reception when all I want is to be able to knock up a quick cuppa last thing/ first thing/ when reading is just silly ...

We booked this hotel on a recomendation - and the cost of the room lead me to believe that this hotel would be something special. The location was great to be fair, however, the attitude of the bar staff left alot to be desired - I asked for a bacon sandwich - which I was willing to pay for - 10 minutes after breakfast had finished and was told this was impossible, I then asked for fries with a sandwich and again was told this was impossible - not helpful in anyway. It must be said that the sandwich I did eventually order was very nice. Wine is very expensive - £38 for 2 glasses!

Both the appearance of the hotel, and the service provided is truly remarkable! Upon arriving, your bags are taken straight to your room, and your car is put into secure parking for the duration of your stay. Should you require your car, a simple call to the concierge will see it brought round for you within 5-10 minutes. The bar/lobby area is of contemporary decoration leaving you feeling very relaxed. The bar staff are extremely professional, and the cocktails are superb! The room was spacious with a great TV/Sound system and a lovely on-suite bathroom. The room service was immaculate and the cleaning staff did a fantastic job when ever you were away from the room. All in all, this was a fantastic hotel, and i would recommend anyone to give it a try, i'll certainly be going back.If i have to give it any negative comments at all, i would say the food was rather pricey. Call me traditional, but when i order an English breakfast, i want something to fill me for the morning, not the ala-carte type of food you can expect from so many restaurants in the evening. Having said that, the food that was served was delicious ;-)
