Summary
The four of us Mum,Dad, Boys of 10 and 6 stayed for the weekend. The location is fantastic, really close to the Tower Hill underground station and virtually next door to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. We liked the room however for all 4 of us the space was a bit tight! The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Lovely and clean, the bathroom with frosted glass wall was a big hit with the boys! Also, the Xbox in the computer area in reception was very well received as was the rugby on the TV in the bar. A very relaxing place.
We didn't eat there but it was so close to the underground it was easy to go out to eat.
Very pleasant Hotel, well placed for tube.Very
comfortable bed, Good food. Cannot fault it.
The accommodation was comfortable and well situated in London. I took my family to stay there as I was running in the London Marathon 2012. One of the best things thing that I found was the bed: it had to be the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. It was possibly a Tempur (memory foam). On the downside, £254 for one night that did NOT include breakfast was extortionate for what it was. The Service was good and the staff were helpful and friendly, but it was far too expensive for what it was.
Summary
The hotel was great accommodation! Had a separate restaurant and bar adjoining which was not bad prices for London! The rooms was very spacious would definitely recommend to stay here. Tube station 30 second walk away. Tower of London a few mins walk away along with bus tour and river boat
Summary
We checked in for a short stay (2 days) without any extras (breakfast, ...). Perfect starting point for the typical London sightseeing program.
Summary
We had never visited London before and found the Novotel to be exactly what we were looking for. Very central and right next door to the tube station. As it was the Easter weekend there were lots of families.
Summary
The bathroom was encrusted with limescale around every tap, plughole and the shower screen. The sofa-bed hadn't been pulled out for weeks and hoovered beneath. There were hairballs collecting below it and discarded food from previous residents.
Also, 4 persons staying in a 4 person room need more coffee, sugar and milk than was provided, we had to ask every morning for additional stocks. Supplies for 1 cup per person per day isn't enough for an active family on a city break - all of whom drink tea and coffee.
A quiet very comfortable room well designed
Summary
Very good value for money, couldn't afford the real price though!
could have done with a little bit more coffee etc on the hospitality tray but apart from that it suited us as we could walk every where we wanted to go and the the buses from Tower Hill are close by.
Excellent hotel, beautiful room. My booking was great value as £99 for a Sunday night stay. Breakfast overpriced at £15.95 though.
Summary
Can't fault this hotel...
Summary
Friendly staff, accommodation clean and tidy. Facilites decent.
I did have a question about using my laptop in the room and connecting it to the tv hdmi socket. Couldn't get any reasonable answer from reception staff as to why this facility was blocked. Instead, they activated movies on my tv, which wasn't what I asked for. Fortunatley after explaining at check out charge was cancelled.
Multi lingual reception staff is a good idea, but non-native english speaking staff can frustrate when they can't aswer a simple question.
Overall, I think I would stay again.
I took the family to the hotel for a weekend break, its location couldn't be much better, within a few hundred paces of tube and the Tower of London. We had arrived several hours before check in time but went to the hotel to see if we could leave our luggage.
The staff at reception were really helpful, checked us in and stored our luggage for us for the day.
We then went out and did the tourist thing all day so it was quite late when we arrived back at the hotel, again the staff where very friendly and asked if we'd enjoyed ourselves.
We decided to have a drink in the bar before going to bed, the atmosphere was nice, contemporary but cool and the prices not stupid considering the location.
The room itself was functional and clean, although I think I would have been extremely disappointed if I'd paid the full £344 asking price for the room (ours cost £144 on a deal). Despite asking for a double bed and 2 singles we were given a room with a double bed and a couch bed so the children had to share but that for us was no big issue but may have been for other families.
One massive frustration we had was that there was no water in the room and only 2 cups. They should really provide for the number of people staying in the room and at least lay on some water.
Other than those petty bits we had a really nice stay and would recommed this hotel.
Excellent central for all attractions clean friendly luxurious hotel ideal for londonbreak
Summary
Pleasant staff on arrival , room ok but children's bed not very comfortable
Wasn't told when booked it that there was work going on so very noisy,
We got back late as went to see a show, so just got straight in bed, next morning we had been up 20 min and the power cut off!!! So we couldn't make a drink in the room, use my straighteners , then the water ran out as was pumped by electric, we had to leave early to shower else where and have a cup of tea. So was disaster!!! To be a big hotel and no back up generator to give electric is very poor!!! And only gave us half our money back !!!!
I cannot praise the staff enough for the professional way they handled the power cut during our stay. It was very unfortunate and the trek up to the 7th floor is not something i would like to repeat often but the staff treated us with courtesy and respect at all times. I would most definitely recommend the hotel as a place to stay in london. Well done to the staff keep up the excellent work!!!!

We enjoyed a one night stay at the Novotel very much. The room was great for two adults and two young children. The sofa bed was made up on our arrival and the room had everything we needed. Location was fantastic for what we needed. In eye shot of tower bridge and the tower of London and their is a family wetherspoons pub just round the corner for food and drinks. Will definatly tell my friends and stay again.
Summary
Very clean, as usual for Novotel's.
Great location for the City, not far from Liverpool St station or Tower Bridge
Breakfast v.nice
The bar gave the impression of a cheap french nightclub - odd music, too loud for a business traveller
Only drawback - traffic and building work in the general area will wake you up early.
Quiet room overlooking the Tower - very comfortable & good view
Summary
Rooms a little on the small size. Two king size beds would have been preferable to bed settee
Summary
Any hotel this convenient to the City is bound to be at a premium, but the Laterooms price and the excellent reception make it better value.
It still annoys me that hotels in this price bracket continue to rip customers off by not providing free Wifi in the rooms and pass them on to expensive providers.
A great location with good transport links. The staff were friendly but the room was pretty basic for the price, tiny wardrobe in a room for 4 people. The cost of the breakfast £16 is criminal and we ate elsewhere. We would only stay again if we got a much cheaper deal
Summary
Very nice room with excellent service. All facilities available, very easy access from Tower hill tube station but make sure you go around the right way. The only thing not liked was seperate toilet and bathroom ).
Summary
Clean, comfortable, modern.
Why do hotels want to charge an extra GBP20 for Internet access? Free use of the lobby PC for 15-20 minutes is not what a business travel or family with kids wants or needs. Why is it an extra charge? As if the marginal cost of providing the service could be any more than 10p.
I ask all hotel guests to avoid and reject hotels that charge extra for lights, water, a TV or Internet access: what century are we living in?
Room Tip: Stay somewhere else where you can get free Internet access.
I have one problem with my stay, I booked four rooms for my company and was the first to arrive, my room was clean and had good decor. My boss however and other colleagues all got upgraded to Executive rooms! They loved this almost as much as they loved telling me!. Great stay and I got a 'job well done' on booking the hotel so thanks.
Summary
Novotel London Tower bridge is probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in whilst visiting London. Excellent location, next to Tower of london and other major attractions. Very friendly staff, very comfortable, clean rooms. Really enjoyed the Spa/ relaxation area. Breakfast was excellent and again the staff very friendly.
Summary
The hotel was nice..room was clean and had everything for a short stay..location was great for the tube just 50 m from the enterance..over all i would stay there again ..
Summary
Generally a clean and comfortable hotel with good bed and bathroom. Well appointed with all the expected features in the room.
Didn't have time for room service, but the breakfast buffet had plenty of choice and was reasonably priced compared to other similar standard hotels I have stayed at in London.
Having said that, I do object to the extortionate price demanded for Internet access. In most places around the world Internet access is free or only a nominal charge. London needs to catch up in this respect.
Excellent value at the lateroom rate I got. Excellent location next to the Tower. For central London a suprisingly large room.
Summary
Ideal location - just 1 minute walk from Tower Hill Tube station. Good service and room for the price paid.
Summary
Excellent stay from start to finish at Novotel hotel London Bridge. Easy to find good access to underground to get into central London, if walking is a problem. Upgraded to deluxe room by the hotel which was lovely and spacious. Didn't have breakfast at the hotel alittle pricey at £19. Weatherspoon close by serving varied breakfast at good prices. Had evening meal which we found relatively good priced compared with other local restaurants, food very good. Booked through laterooms .com brilliant price paid definately stay there in future.
Summary
This hotel is amazing, cracking room and location. Really well positioned and price was fantastic
Summary
Nice hotel, staff were friendly and good location. Breakfast is far too expensive but everything else was reasonable.

Summary
Couldn't fault anything about the hotel or service received. On check-in we were met promptly and efficiently and as an added bonus we had been upgraded to an executive room. Everywhere was spotless and the facilities in the room were very good. The hotel was a short walk away from 3 tube stations. We'd recommend this hotel to anybody.
Summary
This hotel is conveniently located about a minutes walk from tower hill tube station with the tower of london only a stone throw away. This is also a quiet location away from noise of cars and railway stations. On arrival staff were friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in early. Quality of room was excellent and was thoroughly clean with good amenities. Restaurant and bar were modern and stylish and quality of food was good. Would recommend.
Summary
Excellent overall apart from the bed....had an awful creak..... and only when lying on it!!
