An excellent stay...

As an altenative to hotels and simple way to stay in the capital for the night, I was impressed with the managed appartment route that I took. The location is just five mins walk from Bayswater Underground and is close to all local shops etc., etc. Friendly staff at the appartment reception area were very helpful and the appartment itself was excellent, very comfortable and well presented with a good bathroom with power shower and a more that adequate kitchen facility. As for the bedroom, well I slept like a log.... The price was far more competitive than most modestly equipped hotels and, unlike a hotel room, it felt personal for the night! As a result, I will be staying again in a few weeks time, without hesitation.

I always stay here

I'm reluctant to leave a review because I just don't want this place to get booked up. I always stay here and I love the place and the people. There is one problem, they can't guarantee accommodation until near the date you stay and hence it is rare to find a time when they have availability online. Nevertheless, if they do, take it. It's a great place in a good location.

Okay

Small conversion of 1 bed flat with small lounge of kitchen. Clean, if a little faceless. Based in a block a couple of streets from check-in. Staff member walked me round - but no offer to take bags.
Flat okay is a little tight space-wise, though it still surprises me when a places in this price bracket then insist on charging extra for internet access. Also the flat guide presented you with a whole list of rules and regulations - more concentration on what you can't do rather than a friendly intro into what you could.
Also surprised at the 10am check-out they insist on.
