Basic, functional and clean. What you would expect for under £50. "Continental Breakfast" was a bit of a joke - I've never had toast and jam on the continent.

The room was warm and cosy,bathroom was cold,and although there was some building works going on it did not spoil my visit, the staff were very helpful and friendly,the menu was limited a lot of the dishes were not available the meal i did have was quiet nice.

First stay at Norfolk House since last summer. Refurbishment work now complete and associated problems with rooms now seem to have been resolved.
Although room on small side it was warm & clean. Only disappointing thing was shower facilities. Lack of tray or basket to hold soap, shower gel, shampoo, etc was certainly a convenience.

Everything about this hotel was good-neat,nice breakfast,excellent location to shops n good transport network

Considering the hotel was under refurbishment, wherever we went in the hotel it is was clean.
Room was fresh and en-suite spotless. all consumable items (Tea / Coffee etc) were restocked each day. a very pleasant visit

VENUE SHOULD BE CLOSED ON GROUNDS OF HEALTH & SAFETY AS IT GIVES A HORRIBLE IMPRESSION TO INTERNATIONAL VISITORS TO LONDON - A BEAUTIFUL CITY, LONDON.
WE COULD NOT EVEN STAY AN HOUR AS EVERYTHING, HONESTLY,E EVERYTHING IS MILES BEYOND ACCEPTABLE!!

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Have stayed at this hotel quite a few times for business and all the rooms have been clean and very comfortable and would certainly stay again.

This hotel is perfect for contactors as i am one i found it ok although my room had no windows it was clean with a new ensuit

Good value for money.

The overall experience was of a very basic hotel. Whilst there have been some attempts at refurbishment it still falls woefully short - the hotel is still quite tatty overall. The bathroom in our room had been refurbished and was quite smart, everything else was tired and ill fitting. The breakfast was apalling.
