| Staff very nice. But saturday night, there was a private party, and our room was very noisy, impossible to sleep before 2am. The hotel did not inform us about that, so I think that for the price, it is not normal to have this type of problem. Hotel near Soho, Carnaby, very good place, the rooms are clean and cosy. |

| The staff very friendly and helpful. Our room 302 we found was very hot, air conditioning not very affective. We had breakfast in our room, very poor, fried egg hard, rest of breakfast luke warm, toast cold. But all in all an enjoyable stay, on the whole. |

| No 5 is absolutley amazing, we were made to feel totally welcome, the staff are brilliant and food exquisite. No 5 is the way forward without a doubt! |
