Summary
A weekend to see the sights of London we wanted a hotel close to the Tubes(2 stations nearby) and of a reasonable standard. 3 nights cost us £450, probably the going rate for the area? Our room was acceptable, bed comfortable and bathroom a high standard. Staff in the hotel were polite and helpful. Its not a hotel for staying in regarding dining or bar area, The breakfast at £10 ahead looked ok, depending what you want we found the 5 minute walk to Gloucester Rd convient at £10 for 2 and good restraurants. Recommend Olives Italian rest. @ £50hd. I would use the hotel again, great for the museums 10 minutes away.

Only fault was shower, which was so stiff I couldn't turn it on! Hopefully they will put this right.
Summary
Pleasantly surprised at the size of the large top floor king bed room in London. Well placed for earls Court tube station.
Only downside was no in-house dining availability and bar that was deserted.
2 minute walk from Earls Court tube station, bus stops close by too.
Stopped here for KoL gig in Hyde Park, walked back through Mayfair/Knightsbridge. Lovely area.
Room a decent size for London, paid £112 for a Wednesday night which i guess is standard for down there.
Would stay again, can't say more than that!

Very high quality of accommodation and a great location. This Spanish chain offers genuine friendliness and is a breath of fresh air for London Hotels. Note - although offering breakfast there is no restaurant facility for lunch or dinner. Not a problem as it is surrounded by a huge variety of restaurants. Why are all the best value chains in London all foreign-run ones? Highly recommended.
Summary
Great place to stay. Easy to reach by subway or bus. The room was clean and big enough. First time on the front side of the hotel..No problems with noise ( busy road ), second time on the back side. Even better that side. The bar is open till mid-night. That could be a bit longer. The hotel is also missing a gym. That would be even more better...
I was there with 2 girlfriends for leisure and truly couldn't be more happier, people are great very helpful, room was fabulous like a loft, we felt like at home ! From the tube which is max 15 to 20 minutes from every attraction in LONDON
.From the airport don't need to take an expensivAnd the hotel price is really reasonable for a city like LONDON which is really expensive !
Stayed one night in the hotel and was pleasantly surprised with the standard for the price paid. There are too many hotels in London offering cheap prices for very poor standards. Fortunately, did not follow this norm. Clean, refreshingly bright, spotless room, pleasant and helpful staff.
Summary
We booked 2 nights late sunday night for the following days, we hadn't heard of NH Hoteles before but we left it very late so took a punt.
Hotel is 5-10 mins walk from Earls Court tube, we arrived early and had instant access to our room. Hotel is in a great location just a few tube stops from most of the places you're likely to go, knightsbridge, covent garden, oxford street and you can walk to Kensington.
All the staff we encountered were friendly, polite and helpful. The room was quiet and of a good size for what we paid, the bed was comfy and all the fittings were high quality and all worked! Buffet breakfast was well worth the £10, don't book it in advance!
We would definitely stay in a NH Hoteles hotel again.
Staff very helpful, I stayed on 5th floor at the front, quiet room, very comfortable, well located, clean . Would definately stay again, good value for money.
Summary
I must admit I was a bit surprised when I read some of the reviews for this hotel. It was clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and quiet (even though we had a room overlooking the Cromwell Road). Saying that I would say this hotel is more a good 3* rather than a 4*. We brought the car in and the hotel has some spaces in an underground car park just round the corner which was very useful. I was a bit worried about the offloading as the hotel is on a red route, but there is a 20 min unloading sign outside which was good. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Earl's Court underground, with a bus stop outside. We had a little difficulty hailing a taxi but we found a Sainsburys supermarket 5 minutes up the road that had a taxi rank outside.
Minor niggles: only seemed to one member of staff on reception on arrival so had to wait a few minutes on check-in. Bed could have been a little softer.
There was a lot of comments about the breakfast. Personally I wouldn't have paid £18, but we were offered a deal for £10 if we booked breakfast on check-in. The quality of the continental breakfast was good but I did feel the cooked section was a let down. The scrambled egg was dried up and the mushrooms looked cremated. They had run out of sausages by 10.00 a.m. I asked for a fried egg, and they happily obliged although when it did arrive it was broken.
One thing people ought to be aware of is that the restaurant doesn't open in the evening. There a lot of other restaurants in the area though.
I would happily stay here again though, especially on the cheaper Late Rooms deals.
Friendly staff, the room was perfect, the location was ideal, I have no complaints.
