The Hotel was very well presented and the reception are welcoming. The reception staff were pleasant enough but did not go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The room was of a good size and adequate but as we were at the front facing the busy road, it was very noisy and the traffic kept us awake at night. We were very disappointed to find there was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, this is the first accommodation in England we have stayed at without this facility. The breakfast was very disappointing, the dining room was fresh and clean and obviously recently decorated and the staff friendly enough, but the food was abysmal, orange squash instead of juice which was horrible and the choice of 3 cereals was obviously the cheap variety, Muesli like dust and cornflakes/branflakes tasteless. The cheese and ham was tasteless. The choice of white/brown bread for toast was adequate and you could have as much as you wanted, also tea and coffee was plentiful. Overall we had a nice 4 nights but probably would not stay at this particular hotel again.

We only needed a basic room for the night. We only used it for a few hours sleep. The shower room was small and it was noisy as we were located at the front of the building facing a VERY busy main road. It was unseasonally warm so we needed the window open. There is a very large hospital round the corner so ambulances were up and down all night.Staff were friendly. Room was clean but dated. PLENTY of places to eat and drink nearby.

Found the hotel in great location for meeting clients. Room was good size and clean, but no bath, no coffee/tea facility, only 5 chanel TV, no radio. Was value for money, but would probably have paid more for slightly better facilities

As a single traveller, staying only one night, this hotel provided a very clean, neat room. For the money it was great value being so near Paddington Station. I will definitely be staying here again.
