Heathrow
On arriving at Heathrow Airport, collect your luggage, pass through customs and make your way to the National Express dot2dot desk in the terminals.
There, staff will then check you in. When your vehicle arrives, they will escort you to the vehicle, and assist you with your luggage. You will be on your way within 20 minutes of checking in for your dot2dot service.

Gatwick
On arriving at London Gatwick Airport, collect your luggage, pass through customs and make your way to the National Express dot2dot desk. There are desks in both terminals.Because of the distance from central London and the unpredictable, often severe, road congestion, dot2dot use the Gatwick Express train for the most rapid transit to central London. They will escort you to the train and provide assistance with your luggage. When your train arrives in London (London Victoria station), you will be met by their customer service team, who will provide further assistance with your luggage, and show you to your dot2dot shuttle, which will be waiting to transfer you to your hotel.
