Breakfast on both days was cold, especially the eggs and the mushrooms. Not wqhat I would expect from a hotel in the class. Very disappointing.

Room clean and comfortable
Hotel staff friendly. returned to hotel around 11.10 on saturday evening after seeing a show to find the bar was closed which was a little disapointing.
breakfast restaurant staff not that friendly get the feeling of wanting you in and out

2nd class treatment for late room bookings
We booked 2 rooms and both had stained dirty carpets and the tv's did not work. Not what we expected from a 4* hotel. On asking to be moved we were told "But you booked with laterooms". Wouldn't stay here again after being treated like 2nd class citizens!

WHAT DID THE WORST REVIEW SAY?
