Our room was very very noisy from 6am- I think something related to the air con that was out of our control. Consequently us and another room from our our party had the most dreadful nights sleep- 2 hrs to be precise. Don't stay in rm 1607!! Ask and make sure u get a quiet rm. luckily we complained and received a discount/ refund. Other than that , we were happy!!!

Great Customer Care

We arrived very late and were informed that, unfortunately, our rooms had been released due to exceptional circumstances. We were advised that we were to be moved to the sister hotel, the millenium in Mayfair. They arranged a car, kept us in hot coffee while waiting and generally fussed over us.
On arriving at the Mayfair hotel again we were treated like royalty, we were given a room upgrade free of charge and breakfast was thrown in. We really couldn't have been better looked after. Will definately be returning. Very highly commended.

Seasoned traveller

Unfortunate that I have to mark down a normally very comfortable hotel chain. However, if you pay these 'London' rates, you expect better than average service.
First problem was that they hadn't entered my Late Rooms reservation which had been made some 10 days before causing delays at reception. All dealt with eventually ... but no understandable explanation as to why except they had been busy? I suspect that I was fortunate that they had accommodation available for the 2 nights I required.
Second issue was blocked drains for sink and bath found on first evening. Reported at 0700 hours the following morning but remained unacceptable on return to the hotel for 2nd night.
Apart from these items, I guess it was OK. I would certainly go there again because of secure car parking, good local restaurants and tube / overground connections via Fulham Broadway but next time, I would pre-check reservation and not accept any compromise in room standard.

BIRTHDAY PARTY WEEKEND

I was in the Chelsea Hotel to take in a match over the weekend and my son had a great time. Staff were efficient and friendly and the standard of the room was first class. Location is a little off the beaten track but as the main purpose was to be close to the football ground we didn't mind.
Price of food and drink was a bit expensive but plenty of cheaper options nearby.
One added bonus was my son getting his photo taken with some of the Chelsae players who were in the vicinity.

Up-Graded to a suite, very pleasant surprise.

Very comfortable and enjoyable short stay in the Millennium Hotel and the suite up-grade was a very welcome surprise. Stayed over on a Chelsea match day and although the atmoshere around the locality was great for a football fan like myself, I suspect that the hotel is stretched to meet services such as room service when the two restaurants are fully booked. Ordered room service at 4.30 pm and after 3 reminders meal arrived at 5.50pm. Hotel waived the charge for this.

Elegant and stylish Hotel. As my Husband is a life long Chelsea fan saying here was a dream come true for him! Although there was obviously a football element to the surroundings it was portrayed in the Hotel in an understated and discreet fashion so would suit any traveller to the area. We certainly enjoyed our stay

A regular customer.

Service is excellent, location is great. Underground secure parking is perfect as I'm a female who travels alone. It's not a romantic hotel with views but it's a stylish hotel with an easy atmosphere.

Great hotel, fantastic staff.

On arrival at hotel found out we had a twin room I asked if we could change to a double, this was done quickly with no fuss, the room was spacious, clean comfortable and warm, as was the rest of the hotel. good location subway station 5 minutes away, bus stop on main rd a minute walk.
My husband took ill whilst there, when I asked reception staff they contacted there duty manager who arranged for a caqr to take us to the local hospital and were instructed to call them if we needed picked up after being seen by doctor, the staff couldn't have been more helpfull and calm.
Would recommend this hotel as a great place to stay.

Good clean place to stay (with parking!) but the food is very expensive especially night service. We got in to the hotel very late at night having journeyed for 4 hours. Being too tired to go out to get something to eat we checked out the night menu. £6.00 for a tuna sandwich - enough said! Rooms have enough space, but aren't 'pretty' - more business than romantic retreat!

Lovely stay

A pleasant location on the Stamford Bridge grounds. A little far from Fulham Broadway underground station for my standards (10 minute walk) as I am used to dwell just above a tube station! Bathrooms a bit tired but rooms are huge by London standards and fully equipped and functional.

Football experience

Stayed for one night ahead of my teams match v Chelsea. Confusion at gate as the guy couldnt find our car details for the car park.s o we just pointed at the car reg on his sheet. very narrow entrance into car park beware! Check in took 22 mins and was given the wrong keys which included hospitality tickets by mitake twice! Good job im honest.Room was fine, staff friendly and helpful. Good value for money, and was perfect for the foty match experience.
Got told by reception staff in previous phone call that my 29 hour stay would cost me £29 in car park fees. I had to pay £46!!!

Nice hotel, but slow checking in

Thought the room was very nice. Hotel is in two adjacent buildings and you can check in at either building, unfortunately this means that the nearest one gets busy and there was no obvious sign mentioning the other check in, which is actually larger with more staff.

OK FOR ONE NIGHT

Didn't like the fact that you check in at one hotel and then have to walk to the other building to get to your room.
Room was clean but right next to lift and so I was woken up at 6.30 by maids putting trollies etc in the lift.
Ordered room service at 11pm and was charged a £5.00 tray charge for a £5.50 sandwich, which the smallest sandwich ever! Surely a tray charge should be proportional? Such as 10% not 100%!!
Overall the staff were polite but I wouldnt recommend or stay again.
