nous avons juste eu un probl me avec...
nous avons juste eu un problème avec la douche, il n'y avait pas beaucoup de pression, voire presque pas d'eau qui coulait! à part ça, la chambre était très bien et l'hôtel très bien situé.

Strenghts located in a silent street very clean...
Strenghts: located in a silent street, very clean, familiar, close to bus line and not so far from the underground Victoria station.English breakfast good, light breakfast also available.Weakness: breakfast room a little bit small for large families or groups.

We stayed two nights over New Year We...
We stayed two nights over New Year. We booked a twin room but got only offered a double room with an extra fold up bed, which wasn't very comfortable. Besides this, the room was very nice, high standard; bath room: big, clean, high standard. Only missed water kettle/tea facilities. Breakfast was a bit dissapointing, we expected more for this price (Orange squash/no real juice, tomatoes out of the tin). Location was great, central, only couple of meters to the bust stop/bus line 24 (night bus) and in walking distance to Victoria Station. Also walkable from Westminster Bridge (were no busses at New Years Eve after midnight). There was no lift but steep stairs, we stayed on the third floor, was quite okay for us but could be a problem for elder people. Free lugage store after check out available.
