We were greeted by an attentive and helpful young man who helped my partner to the flat with our luggage while I carried out an errand. He offered directions which I did not need but a plan directing me to the car park which was superb. Later he found us a taxi. We could not have felt more cosseted. Fantastic

Good location and space. Just a bit too warm

I wouldn't rave about it, but was adequate. Second bedroom was a little small and main bathroom only had shower, no bath. bath was in en suite which seemed a bit strange. Early check out of 10am on a Sunday morning is a real downer for me, so much so that I won't book here again just for this reason. Mid week, fine, acceptable, but not Sunday morning. The staff were unable to extend the check out time though kindly tended our bags for us. Location - a wee bit off the main tourist track, though some nice bars through Smithfield market across the road

Pleasant stay

Lovely apartments, immaculately furnished! Would recommend to any friend, have no complaints whatsoever and cant think of any negatives about my stay here, other than I had to leave to come home! Also staff were very understanding when we missed our check out time, they told us to take our time and no pressure unlike other apartments with a high turn around!

10 minute walk from St Pauls. Great location. Clean comfortable and staff very helpful and polite. Would definately recommend and would stay again.

Close to the tube (and just a couple of stops off Wembley), everything was clean and of good standards. The only thing I have to point my finger at is that the heating was on - and that it was exceptionally hot in one of the bedrooms as well as in the living room. It was difficult to open the window.

An excellent apartment to stay at, we enjoyed our new year in London which was enhanced by the quality of the apartment we stayed in. This stay has changed our outlook of accomodation and I will be checking out the list for similar apartments in alternative cities. I plan to use the same country for a trip to Australia later on in the year.
I would recommend the apartment to anyone wanting to visit London as it was near to a tube station, there were plenty of bars, resturants and supermarkets nearby and a short stroll to the Thames. A very enjoyable stay.

Can't fault it - location, ease of booking in, comfort & space, views, lack of noise, helpful front desk, pack of goodies. Parking also available, if wanted.

The stay started with prompt, polite and helpfull comunications from the hotel manager. Parking was made available and we were told we could check in early.
on arriving the rooms were spacious clean and modern. every thing you needed for a short stay was included except milk ;)
My only complaint was the temperature in the rooms. we were in room 21 and for some reason we seemed to have two boilers in the appartment, even without using hot water and turning the heating off these still seemed to be running (perhaps it was servicing the whole floor or block ?), i checked the temp on the thermostat dial and it was 27 deg !!! a slight dissapointment on what is otherwise a very good establishment.
The reception staff were very helpfull all through our stay and were more than happy to let us leave our car in the carpark after checkout letting us enjoy another full day in London.
