Guests are within easy walking distance of Earls Court Exhibition Centre, Kensington High Street, the Science Museum, Natural History Museum and Kensington Gardens, while Earls Court tube station serves the District and Piccadilly Lines directly to stations such as Westminster, Piccadilly Circus and Covent Garden.

Each of the 16 attractive rooms provides a comfortable, clean en suite bathroom, satellite television, tea and coffee making facilities, work desk and cheap Wi-Fi access. The original Georgian architecture of the building has been lovingly restored, and houses a lovely breakfast room and bar area. 24-hour room service is available for guests who wish to dine in the comfort of their own room.
