Welcome to the Mal Maison, supposedly one of the best boutique hotels in London..... Well unfortunately not.Out dated IT & Television systems as well as a poor approach to media in generalBathroom was a it underwhelming and the noise from the street was VERY loud.Given the choice in the area in this price bracket, I wont be back...

Despite the room being small it was Central...
Despite the room being small (it was Central London) I found it extremely comfortable and all the staff were both helpful and competent. The location was excellent as i was working in the city and could easily walk to where I was going each day. The square is also quite secluded which, for the city, was really pleasant.
