Very nice hotel great location to victoria stations friendly staff room was clean and very comfortable would stay here again when i visit london
Summary
Everythng as described, room fair size and bed comfy, bathroom vgood.
I received a call at 10pm telling me reception closes at 11pm and additional charge to place room key securely. I chose to make my excuses and leave the business Event i was attending, which worked out well for me.
Stayed in an Exec room and the price was very good for London. Room was much smaller than on the photo - no surprise. Clean, modern and quite though, cant complain.
Summary
Really enjoyed staying in this hotel. We have not stayed in London before and were enjoying a couple of days of museums and culture. The hotel was located centrally to all the attractions we planned to see and this meant that it was easy to get to and easy to get from. We spent very little time travelling around and this helped us to enjoy more time to sightsee. The hotel was a very short walk from Victoria station and was situated in a very upmarket area. The hotel itself was clean, well presented and the manager Emilia was welcoming and helpful. Our room was a little small, however was very cosy and the Bathroom was lovely. The bed was so comfy I did not want to get up in the morning! It was peaceful and quiet and I would definately stay here again.
Summary
Lovely staff, clean room -nice area. Would stay again.
Summary
We were upgraded to a suite on arrival so cannot comment on the actual room we booked, friendly staff and lovely accommodation. well situated, 5 min walk from victoria, relatively quiet and very pleasant area. didn't spend a great deal of time in the hotel, but when we were there it was very nice, only minor complaint, barely worth a mention is that i found the heating impossible to figure out, some printed instructions on the wall would have helped. if you're only going to be in the room to sleep, somewhere cheaper may suit you more however, i doubt you will find many 'cheap' hotels in belgravia. there is plenty to occupy your time locally, restaurants/bistros on every corner. obviously you're in london, never far from a tube station.

Summary
Great hotel, no problems, close to station.
Summary
Really good high quality guest house.Comfy bed, large room, marble bathroom good TV very attentive service
breakfast brought to room and very good quality .In the middle of Belgravia easy to get lost -thank you google maps! Highly recommended
This establishment was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was absolutely spotless, extremely comfortable and exceptionally quiet. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone.
Summary
Really cool room
felt very special
A luxurious hotel but, for the price, the bathroom was very small. Breakfast had to be served in the room which we did not want so they recommended a great Italian deli/cafe 2 mins away which served up the best croissants. Probably the most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in! Only 5 mins walk from Victoria station.
Summary
Room was far too small and poky, coupled with a rate was that was far too high. Decor was good, and effort had clearly been put in to upgrade the property, but beneath all this, it is a small terraced house and a far cry from a luxury hotel in my view.
Summary
A fine hotel in a great location. Lovely rooms, good friendly customer service.
Summary
Loved the hotel - the receptionist was really welcoming and friendly. The bed was amazing and so was the bathroom. Breakfast in the room was also a bonus with a great view to the city streets! Definately worth its 5 star rating! The only thing was there was no carpark but the NCP is 5 mins walk for £35/night which I guess is quite good for London. Really enjoyed the time spent there - thanks very much xxx
Summary
It is a smart townhouse with everything you need. 3 minutes from Victoria (with a pret a manger on route!)
Can't fault it really. Only small thing is the carpets whilst are obviously clean are a bit old, the rest was spot on. The air con unit or the pipes somewhere in my room (think it was gold) were a bit noisy at the beginning of the night..
Recommended as a bed for the night or two, rooms a bit small for an extended stay as a couple, but I think I was in a small room and maybe there are larger ones.
Did the job and I will use again.
Helpful staff, everything was neat and tidy and the lovely room (which had a great bed) more than made up for any minor short fallings in the hotel itself. I did feel it was a little expensive for what it was but I didn't feel I was ripped off. (and I'm told hotels in London tend to be expensive). I had a had a really nice weekend in London and the hotel was definitely part of that.
Summary
We stayed here for a special occasion and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, the room was small but absolutely lovely and we would not hesitate to go back again. So nice to stay somewhere with professionalism and personality, unlike so many of the London 'bed factories'
Summary
I wanted a 5star room for a night out in London with my wife and used laterooms.com for the first time to book it. The Lord Milner is nice but not a 5star hotel. For me it was a guest house / b&b experience and although I booked a luxury room ( the contemporary room) I did feel the decor was quite dated. However it is in a beautiful area and is close to transport links but I would question the star rating
Summary
Stayed here overnight and was very impressed at the quality and location of the Hotel.
Very friendly and polite staff, would definatly stay again.
Conveniently located, excellent quality of decor, reception staff were friendly and helpful. Delightful place to stay.
Summary
Reception staff excellent - helpful, friendly, welcoming - both during and prior to my stay.
Summary
Lovely room, staff and street. Good recommendations and excellent Italian just round the corner.
Summary
Excellent service on arrival. We were given an upgrade as we were the last guests to check in. Room was well equipped, though probably 3 star not 5. Excellent location, close to everything.
Summary
Good for london prices and quality, close to hyde park
Summary
We used Lord Milner as a London base for 3 nights arriving from Australia. Staff were most obliging and helpful, the room was a good size, comfortable and quiet to recover from jet lag. Location right next to Victoria Coach and Tube Stations is brilliant.
Summary
The staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel is quiet and its location is very close the Victoria station. I would stay again in this hotel.
Summary
Has a lift which is unexpected for a small period conversion. Room was well proportioned and lovely marble bathroom. Breakfast wasn't included but incl good quality sausage and juice although rolls were over cooked.
Summary
This B&B (although be warned the breakfast is charged as an extra - but worth every penny!!)
is lovely. The staff were extremely helpful, lovely location within a short stroll of Victoria and only 15 minutes on the tube to the West End. Surrounding wine bars and restaurants were enjoyably calm after the bustle of London centre. We had a four poster room which was immaculate. The rooms are small but the furniture & fittings were definitely 5*. A perfect weekend break location.

Place was lovely. Would def go back, only minor criticism - get a plumber to make the plug in the sink stop water going down and let the plug in the bath let water down!!!
Summary
Excellent small B & B. Nice clean room and good breakfast. In a very nice area.
Summary
This was a very convenient place to stay for theatre and travelling to London's main sites. The receptionists were lovely and very helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet. The location itself was also very good: near cafes and a wine bar. All in all, a really enjoyable stay. Would definitely stay again. Walking distance to Kings rd: great shopping!
Summary
There is no bar or restaurant at this hotel but there are plenty of good quality bars and bistros within easy walking distance. The room was very modern and well furnished and clean. Staff were pleasant.
Summary
This looks like a Hotel on the website but is a B&B which when you read the detail it is.
The site shows that the visitor is getting a discount from £220 down to £145 however when I looked at the room rates in my room the standard price is £145, I consider this to be misleading information.
We stayed in the City room that was described as Boutique was nowhere near that standard. The bathroom even in our executive room was small and had virtually no shelf space for cosmetics etc. Also the room lacked good lighting and mirrors. The painted furniture was chipped and poor quality.
This is not a 5 star accomodation it is a building with a few rooms and I think its descriptions on your website mislead customers.
The room was very small but well equiped and clean. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom although small was adequate.
The hotel was in an excellent, quiet and central location to the Victoria train/underground/coach stations and Buckingham Palace.
Overall the hotel was small, the rooms were small and the value for money average.
A real gem of a hotel. Quality room, peaceful location in the heart of the city!
Summary
We stayed for one night on the magnificent Garden Room, with it's four poster bed and chaise longue in the bedroom, comfortable settee in the conservatory/ kitchen area- we sat there and watched a DVD on the large tv on the afternoon of our arrival. The private enlosed patio area is deligtful- we couldn't use it during our January visit, but in warmer weather would be a real bonus for a hotel room in central London. The accommodation would have got 6 stars except that the non working shower in the rather poky bathroom took the edge off it. Heated tiles in the bathroom were great. No need to order breakfast- a fully fitted kitchen and dining table complements what is effectively a week equipped flat!
Summary

have always been happy with the service provided by the hotel.
