A lovely small hotel next to Kensington Gardens, excellent for shopping, excellent car-park at rear of hotel just £12 for 24 hours!!, french style interiors slightly shabby chic with darling balcony, really comfortable beds fresh clean linen, good pillows, excellent service really friendly and helpful, breakfast included a continental, great selection...all in all I would defiantly stay here again

Stayed purely for location. If you don't expect too much then this hotel is fine for a business stay over. Room was small but clean and breakfast decent. Wouldn't stay here for a leisure mini break though as prefer a bit more luxury and modern decor etc

We were disappointed not to have tea & coffee making facilities in the room; room service was very good but did add a lot for a late night hot drink.

Our stay was wonderful so glad we up graded our room it was first class. ty

Lovely hotel- nice view of Hyde Park, just round corner from lovely pub- The Swan. Staff friendly, couldn't do enough to help.
If i return for a weekend in London would definitely try and book this place again.

I stayed in room 222 which was awful. Lots of road noise and very tired decorations. The hotel lift takes 1 person at a squeeze so no good if you have baggage.

WIFI was a must for my colleague and I.
WIFI worked fine in the reception / bar area, so this was a disappointment.
Windows in the room were not of a very high standard, so a little cold.
Very close to Lancaster Gate Tube.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Not worth £112 / night.

Location, right next to Lancaster Gate & Tube.
Room was a little darted & 'careworn' but perfeclty acceptable.
Staff were great, Breakfast nice too.
A good choice for the price. I've stoipped in worse for more money around London.

We loved your hotel. Everything was clean and the breakfast room so nice. The only thing was the lift was not working and our room had steps up to the bathroom, which would be okay for most folks, but we both have trouble getting around. We could have asked to move to a different room, but since we were there only 2 days, it was okay.

This hotel deserves a positive review. From the minute we entered the warm and cosy reception area we recieved nothing but first class attention. The staff where friendly, efficient and knowledgable. The restaurant was very pretty with a rose theme and served good home cooked food at reasonable cost. The inclusive continental breakfast was good and the £5 suppliment for a freshly cooked "full english" was justified.
The bedroom decor was a little dated but comfy beds and crisp sheets made up for that. The bathroom was spotless and had plenty of fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries. The only thing missing was tea & coffee making facilities.
Free wifi was available as was free use of a desktop computer and printer in the meeting room.
The hotel is located adjacent to Hyde Park so is in a great location. We had an early appointment at the US Embassy and it was only a 15min stroll away.
Would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
