Location was good, near the tube or a really nice walk along the southbank and down into town. Only fault I would have is that the room was a bit on the small side but then we only used it for sleeping and washing and it met both of those needs very well. Breakfast was of a good quality just make sure you get the discount vouchers for that from reception.

Room was very small. If this was a superior room I wouldn't have liked to stay in an ordinary one.

Good location if you want to be right on London Bridge train station, maybe to close if you don't want to hear the trains, but we didn't find it a problem with the windows shut. Very helpful and pleasant staff, allowed us to leave our bags there while we went site seeing after checking out. Good central location to the Southbank, with all the tourist sites within walking distance. Room very clean, hotel well looked after, clean and modern but with a personal feel to it all. Late Rooms rate made it affordable

The staff were very efficient, friendly & helpfull. Even after we checked out we were able to leave our luggage while we spent more time exploring London. The room was a tad small didn't need the ottomen type box at the foot of the bed. The bed was very comfortable. Overall our stay was very pleasent. The only downside was all the building/construction work going on around the hotel.

Great location right next to London Bridge station and Borough market. Hotel is smart and clean with good facilities and customer service. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend for a city break.

The hotel is located very near London Bridge...
The hotel is located very near London Bridge station. The rooms are new, well furnished, very clean, and well organised. A minor issue; I got twin single beds joined together instead of a king/queen, which made it a little uncomfortable sleeping in the center. Since I had only booked for 2 nights, it was bearable. The rooms may be a little compact as there is not much space to store luggage, except to push it under the dressing table, and there isn't much space to sit down on the table and work on a laptop - if this is important. The bathroom was clean and had a bathtub. I would definitely recommend this hotel if there is a good deal on the internet. It was not mentioned anywhere in the website during booking that breakfast was not included, thus it seemed implied that breakfast is included as in any general reservation. For breakfast, I was expected to pay, in addition to a £5 coupon, £9.90 per person. The restaurant seemed to be a gourmet restaurant. This is misleading and I had to go elsewhere to find a reasonable breakfast. Wifi is free, which was excellent.

We checked in early but our room was not ready so we left our luggage with concierge while we went off to explore Borough Market which was a great experience and fully recommended - and then on up to Oxford St etc!! We arrived back at the hotel about 9.30pm that evening and was dissapointed that we had to take our own suitcase up to the room. Our room was on the 5th floor and it was a very small room with an almost attic feel to it. If we had paid the full amount which was £200+ (according to the Laterooms website) per night for this we would have been extremely disappointed.... in fact for the reasonable rate that we got through Laterooms for a central'ish hotel room, we paid for a Superior Room @ £135'ish, it still felt too much due to the room being soooo small. There was barely enough room to swing a cat in the bathroom! I will say tho that the whole room was very clean. Tea & Coffee facilies included a tea-pot - now i liked that!! I don't think i'd stay here again - its handy for Borough Market, London Bridge, Tower Bridge, Southwark Cathedral etc...but then again in London thanks to the underground most places are fairly handy..... Pay a bit more and see if you can get a good price through Laterooms at The Stafford by Green Park....they make you feel soooo special. I suppose thats the problem...last time we stayed in London at the Stafford and the London Bridge Hotel could never compare.

We loved this hotel . We stayed there with friends for two nights at New Year . It was a great base for exploring the City and West End. We loved nearby borough Market and southwark Cathedral . As for the hotel , the room was immaculate . The staff were friendly and upbeat . No problems leaving the luggage with the concierge. Breakfast very wholesome with lots of hot and cold choice . Kept us going all day !

This hotel is superbly situated for sight-seeing (south-bank) and we enjoyed our stay. But although the hotel appears under "wheel-chair accessible, disabled facilities" the room was rather small, there was no shower, only a bath-tub and the it was impossible to reach the wash-basin from the wheel-chair because of a stupidly placed ornamental obstruction. Nevertheless we would stay here again because of its excellent location, just make sure you can have a shower directly before and after!

We were very pleased with the location of this hotel, literally just round the corner from london bridge station. The room was really nice, small, but had everything you needed and was very clean. It was very warm in there and there wasn't any air conditioning but luckily we could open the window slightly. The breakfast and quality of food was good. The only real negative was that the conciege was a little rude.
