Summary
Nice little place good quality without hotel feel, great room well equipt with very comfortable bed shame only a shower no bath
Summary
Room was small but had everything we needed.shower facilities amazing and quite unique. Overall a nice place but its quite clinical and unwelcoming, more like a drs surgery. Little pricey too.
Summary
When I booked the room I was told that I could not check in till 3pm however when we arrived in London at 9am we rang to see if there was anywhere where we could leave our bags and by half 9 we were at the hotel and checked into our room which was great. I payed extra to buy the executive suite and was a lot smaller than I had expected however the room was perfectly clean. The location of the hotel was great it was a 2 minute walk away from madame tussauds and 5 minutes from the tube station.

When you stay in central London I expect and am happy to pay a premium for location, but I expect a higher quality than La Suite delivers. It's not bad, I just think I'd get more for my money elsewhere, they don't really try that hard to make your stay memorable. I won't be returning,
Plus:
Location, 5 mins from Baker Street tube.
Service; Friendly and efficient enough
Free-Wi-fi: Seemed quick and reliable
Left luggage: Saves carrying it around
Minus
Cleanliness: Not dirty just felt tired. Ok a bit grubby in places too.
Beds: Again tired which made them not the most comfortable
Size of room; Very small for family
Value for money; other similar priced hotels will make you feel more wanted/extra touches
Accomodation clean, a little tight for family of four with teenage children. Good facilitiues in room though if you want to self cater. In a good location near tro baker st tube and pretty quite. Bathroom a little small. But good shower. Bose docking speakrs, play station for kids, which we didnt use and two TV,s fridge, micro wave and washing machine in kitchen area.
Summary
Small but very stylish room. Absolutely filthy though. No welcome pack. Mini bar half opened by previous guests. None of the staff spoke English as their first language. Sheets were not changed for the three days we were there. Blood in the sink. What bathroom there was smelt of stagnant water and damp. Towels tatty. Breakfast late and they got the wrong order everyday. All I can say is that we are cancelling our booking for October. The location was the best part of staying at la suite but otherwise spoilt our honeymoon
Summary
Considering i had stayed on thursday the 21st for 1 night & the staff knew i had a lot of baggage when i returned for the longer stay the room given to me was very good but the elevator stopped a floor below & the staircase was rather narrow to manouevre the heavy suitcases i had..they should have know better than to have done that..I am not sure ,though it could have been the only room left in the hotel that day!!!..apart from that the hotel staff are extremely endearing & friendly..the cappucino machine is a real bonus too!!!..the location of the hotel is unbeatable with it's proximity to tube stations, regents park, marleybone high street etc...
Summary
We stayed on a full Saturday night in the duplex 1 bedroom apartment which was tidy and clean on arrival. Reception staff were friendly and able to provide a laptop when mine wouldn't connect to their wireless internet....Had to change the AA batteries in both remotes but again these were replaced without fuss at reception. I would say that for what we were seeking from the hotel, it met our requirements well. Not as close to Soho as expected but close enough. Definitely not up to a £500 price tag but at just over £150, value for money
