The customer service of all staff we encountered...
The customer service of all staff we encountered was excellent - very friendly, polite and helpful.<br />The room was clean and a excellent size - with all the necessary equipment (en suite, tv, internet, kettle etc). However the quality of the room was a little outdated (unhemmed curtains, chipped furniture etc). <br />The hotel was also very well located to underground, restraunts, cafes, bars and shops.

The hotel was frendly but tired The food...
The hotel was frendly but tired. The food was secound class but served by very pleasent staff.<br />I found the hotel wecoming and help full and next to Chelsea foot ball club in the center of Fulham.

Check in and out was curt and not...
Check in and out was curt and not welcoming, but the room was excellent - very large for London and light - overlooking Stamford Bridge. Car parking in front - first come first served - and close to the Tube. Excellent value for London - would stay there again. Niggles - no kettle in room and TV picture grainy - only 5 channels.

I had a great stay at La Reserve...
I had a great stay at La Reserve, staff were so helpful, especially Dalia at reception and I have no complaints - I will stay there again when I am in London
