If you are looking for somewhere cheap and cheerful that is convenient and central in London then its a good deal.

When we arrived at hotel we got the...
When we arrived at hotel we got the words you never want to hear "mr davidson we have a problem", we then got sent to Cranley "Fawlty Towers" Gardens a further 2 or 3 mile from Chelsea, so whilst it is difficult to say how good or bad La Reseve is ther service i received was very poor, not to be recommended!

Room was big but dated needs some work...
Room was big but dated, needs some work, and floors were woooden which made for noise from guests in above rooms. Also door had gaps around so let noise from landing into room. good location to shops and underground.

Stayed here for the second time not too...
Stayed here for the second time not too bad for the standard locastion is good for local tube, tried other local budget hotels which are not quite as good. Must add have also stayed in far better for this rating class in other parts of the country.

Dated tired and generally unkempt room - spare...
Dated, tired and generally unkempt room - spare mattress on floor (uncovered and dirty). Curtains stained, Carpets seen better days and room felt grubby. Tv had NO satellite channels despite advice to contrary and the only sockets in the room were under the desk and accessible only on hands and knees. Felt more like a hostel than a hotel and given the location - a missed opportunity.
