The room was very hot, unable to put on the air con because it was very noisy
Summary
I needed to give my daughter a nice break and this hotel was well placed for us to get to the places we wanted to go. It was very impressive on arrival and the room and bathroom were small but comfortable and we had everything we needed. The only disappointment was that, having booked it particularly because of the steam room and jacuzzi, the jacuzzi was not available when we wanted to use it on the Friday afternoon.
Summary
Excellent hotel and location for our weekend.
Summary
I have stayed at many London hotels but this was the best. The staff were brilliant, extremely helpful and pleasant and I would give them a rating of 10 out of 10. Location is ideal for the West End with so many attractions within walking distance.
We stayed just two nights on a weekend break but will certainly stay longer next time. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.
Solid option in central. Good standard of room and the price was excellent. Would use again.
Summary
We had a lovely stay at the Kingsway, the shower was a little disapointing because of the water pressure was poor as was the shower head.
A little pack of biscuits would have been nice to have with our tea making facilities
Staff were extremely helpful and service good. We were upgraded to a bigger room at no additional cost. Room was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was excellent in that it was a short walk to theatres, museums and a wide variety of restaurants and pubs.
Summary
Lovely hotel great location.one problem was that we said we were paying in cash but the money was still held on our card and we will have to wait up to 5 days for it to be released back on to our card the amount was for the acommidation and for the mini bar which we didnt use . but would book to stay their again.
Summary
We had a weekend break and found the combination of quality, service, food and drinks very high. It wasn't cheap but was great value and conveniently located for theatres/covent garden

Summary
Brilliant Hotel. Very freindly staff and happy to help. Clean tidy modern, spacious and personable Hotel. Would stay again and have done so. Compared to the overpriced non-value for money London hotels, Kingsway Hall is a breath of fresh air
Summary
Great Hotel, great location..few hundred meters from tube station on the Picadilly line

If you are happy with an igloo and no free WiFi all good for you - we wen't and did'nt!
Thermals in summer a good buy from the local and fantsatic stores!
Although the room and location was excellent. The service at breakfast was not as expected. The waiters were not attentive and therfore we had to ask for coffee for refills, then the milk to go with them. For a hotel of this level I would have expected excellent service
Summary
Hotel is excellently situated for a long weekend in the capital, with the west end and other attractions on your door step.
Only comment and it's a minor one was that the room was a bit chilly on returning from a night out and the air conditioning blew cold for about 20min before warming up.
Will definitely use this accommodation again
I arrived at the Kingsway Hall Hotel and check-in went smoothly. An hour after checking-in I found out that my friend couldn't make it to the UK. So I went down to reception to tell them I could no longer stay. The receptionist then tried to charge me for two nights instead of just the one. I asked to see the manager who agreed that I should only pay for one night. To this, the receptionist responded that I was lucky that the GM was in a good mood! The staff really need to be trained better so they understand the hotel's cancellation policy and also to have a little bit of respect!
The room itself looked exactly as it did in the photo. The sink was cracked but it wasn't a big deal at all. The room is good for the price I paid on LateRooms, especially given the close proximity of the hotel to Covent Garden. The only thing I would say is that the walls are very thin and I could hear the people in the room next door talking and sneezing. Perhaps not ideal for a romantic break.
Brilliant, friendly and helpful staff.
Had a great weekend stay.
This is a hotel that i previously tried to stay in but could not afford as the rate varies considerably during the year. Only a few minutes walk to covent Garden and Drury Lane it is ideally placed for the west end and the theatres. The room was beautifully decorated with quality furnishings and clean modern bathrooms in a traditional style of decor. Beware of the very sensitive mini bar that clocked up £30 on my room account with only the opening of the door. Reception recognised the problem and recified immediately. The staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was not the best i have tasted and at £10 per person per day pre booked via late room( £15.95 if booked at the hotel) there are many coffee houses locally offering better value and possibly better quality. As a regular London visitor this hotel scores on quality, service and location, location, location - hopefully I'll be back.
Summary
Great location just 1 minute from holborn station the staff was very friendly
but this room 223 was a very cold room.
OK stay for business trip. Very few TV channels - no Sky News, Sports etc, so not a lot of entertainment. Also disappointed with the tony iron and ironing board in the room which made ironing shirts take much longer with poor results.
Only a block from the tube (on the mainline from Heathrow) and centrally located, convenient to the British Museum, I enjoyed this as my base.
Summary
Ok, but not really up to 4* standard. Had to move rooms twice, first time because window latch was broken so lots of traffic noise, second time because whining noise coming from electrics. But hotel did accomodate these changes and service was good. Breakfast was average buffet fare.
Summary
Very comfortable but room a bit small, bathroom could do with a refurb. Great hot tub in spa a fantastic place to start and finish the day. Would stay again.
Summary
We thoroughly enjoyed ous stay at the Kingsway. It is within short walking distance of Covent Garden and the theatres. Brilliant position and lovely breakfast.
Summary
The price via laterooms was about one third of the norm. For this price, quite honestly, the experience was unbeatable. The concierge was also extremely helpful and friendly.
Summary
Found Kingsway Hall due to Late Rooms.com.Where has this hotel been hiding.Excellent value for central London (which is grossly overpriced) and the staff could not have been more helpful. All services were extended with graciouness and a smile. Will be back and will recommend to friends.

Great big comfy bed. great nights sleep. highly recommend.
Summary
A very good experience, I have been before and will cetainly not hesitate to go back. Good conference facilities and business centre computer available at no charge. We booked a couple of theatre tickets which we discovered when we got to the show had a £20 pounds commision on each ticket which we were not pleased with.
Summary
Very good and would like to use this hotel again.
Summary
Hotel is in a great location right by the underground. Rooms are nice and breakfast was very good. Bar has a wide range of products and typical London prices. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
Summary
Thanks to laterooms.com we got a great del on a beautiful executive room at the Kingsway, a stones throw from Holborn tube station, and within 10 minutes walk of most West End theatres. Service, staff, room, food and facilities were all first class.
Summary
Fine location near Covent Garden, Holborn Tube. Not cheap but where is in London. Nice staff
Summary
No problems or issues: excellent central location; breakfast decent and plentiful; rooms clean and reasonable size. To be picky, I'd just say the shower was a bit rubbish - not enough pressure. Otherwise all good.
