Chosen because of location to Albert Hall, the hotel was quiet, clean and the staff freindly - especially the hall porter.
On the downsize the room was a little warm and the lift a little slow, but you can see from these points that there is little that could be improved. I would rate a good 8/10 if you are looking for a quiet small freindly hotel for a night out in London.

The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a nice size and very clean. The restaurant was lovely (if a little cold), and I recommend the Belgium Waffles on the dessert menu!!!

Bedroom was very small. Shower broken so had to use another room in the morning. Full price should have been 150, even the 100 I paid seemed far too much.

I loved my trip to London and it was made so very special because of the wonderful location of this delightful hotel. Most importantly, the staff was extremely friendly, upbeat and very helpful. For a newcomer to any city, this is vital. I will return to London and will want to stay here again.

We frequently use this hotel to attend or visit fairs in London. A very nice hotel indeed, good service, some rooms are very small and baths are not always spotless clean, though.

Lovely hotel, great location, friendly staff, only thing that let it down for me was the room, which although beautifully appointed was absolutely miniscule.

Great location in the heart of Kensigton but far enough from the main road to ensure a peaceful night's sleep [in an exceptionally comfortable bed]. The rooms are small but the decor is lovely. The ceiling fan is a great idea, especially as the temperature was in the twenties when I visited. The buffet breakfast was delicious. Thanks Hotels-London for efficient service and an excellent price deal! I will definitely use you again and highly recommend your site.

A lovely Hotel. The rooms were smaller than anticipated but comfortable and airy. The food was excellent both breakfast and Dinner. Overall really nice and what the staff lacked in experience they made up for in enthusiasm.

Great location, modern, clean, nice staff. All the extras--robes for each of us, Moulton Brown bath goodies, bottled water in the room every day. Quiet for a good night's sleep but close to shopping and tube. I'd definately stay here again.

You really get good value for money. Nice location (we even had a view to Kensington Garden from the top floor), very nice hotel and the complimentary champagne is a lovely idea. The staff is friendly but gives an inexperienced impression.

The interior decor was very hip and trendy. The bedroom was very comfortable (apart from the lack of headroom in the shower on the top floor)& the complimentary champagne was lovely, which was good because drinks at the bar were very expensive - £15 for 2 double JD's and coke!
