A brilliant location for visiting the Royal Albert...
A brilliant location for visiting the Royal Albert Hall, Kensington Palace, Harrods, Brompton Oratory etc and really close to main road for buses to central London, and tube stations. Lovely clean hotel, friendly staff, comfortable (if a little small) rooms. A good continental breakfast is included, which makes it good value.

This was a little difficult to find but...
This was a little difficult to find but in a nice quiet area of London. We enjoyed our stay very much but the room and hotel was just too hot for our liking. This was only a very minor point.

Lovely hotel but had to leave at to...
Lovely hotel, but had to leave at 07:00 to get to work. Hotel refused to serve breakfast or prepare anything for us to take out (we said we would be happy to pay for room service continental breakfast), and still charged us for the privilege of doing nothing. Also despite apparently advising the night porter we would need an early check-out, he struggled to complete the necessary invoicing. As a seasoned traveller I expect far better service for what we were charged as a room rate. Very disappointing.

Staff tried very hard to impress but room...
Staff tried very hard to impress, but room was a let down and breakfast very poor. No restaurant for dinner either.
