Good sized room with comfortable beds. Would defiantly book this hotel again.
SummaryOverall Rating
Good sized room with comfortable beds. Would defiantly book this hotel again.
Summary
Will not go back again
Well placed, quiet hotel in Earls Court. Very spacious room. Would definitely stay here again
Summary
Met my criteria of acceptable quality close to Underground, easy driving access with car park. Reception staff polite and helpful. Converted one of our two rooms from double to twin to suit our needs. Rooms and beds good size. Wi-fi worked well. One room had no hair dryer. Continental breakfast simple but ok, English breakfast very poor quality. A bit expensive for what it is, but that\'s London.
Summary
Considering themoney we paid I fel the accommodation could not have been better. The staff were friendly and efficient throughout our stay.
Summary
Surprisingly excellent value and quality!
Summary
On day1 I opted for the Full English Breakfast and was very disappointed with the quality.
The sausages and bacon which are the basis of a good breakfast were of very poor quality and tasteless. I think you should use proper butchery made sausages (such as Lincolnshire/Cumberland) and the bacon was, and I can only describe it as synthetic cardboard, equally tasteless.
I know it was only £2.50 extra, but I did expect something resembling a Full English.
Staff very helpful and hotel was to suitable standard. Great advantage to have car park. Only down side was that the breakfast was basic.
Summary
As far as the Hotel goes the service was not bad. The two issues that let the Hotel down was their was no hot water in any of the rooms my colleagues and I stayed in the following morning, resulting in everyone having cold showers and starting the day worse for wear. On top of this, on check out the staff manning reception were barely awake and didn't even offer an apology after we complained. If I wasn't for this I would of quite happily stayed again and be happy to recommend the hotel to a friend or colleague.
Summary
Very welcoming staff, happy to help, safe & secure parking, ideal location forr city/west end theatres, via tube, [earls court], 2 mins walk. myself & wife happy to return to this accomadation in the future.
Summary
Good size room with settee converted into double bed, the other double bed was good size. Room very clean. Recommend for family's with children.
Summary
For the price I paid this was the best hotel I have stayed at in London.
Summary
Room right next to lift, very noisy (lift machinery extremely noisy) which disturbed sleep. Quality of the room poor.
Summary
The hotel was well located and the service friendly, especially in the dining room. My only minor complaint was that the pillows were a bit on the hard side. We would certainly consider using this accommodation again.
Summary
The hotel is centrally located for tourism, as it is close to the underground, and major tourist attractions can easily be accessed. Although only breakfast is served within the hotel, there are a wide range of eateries close by and Reception were happy to advise us about where to eat. We stayed for only one night and the room and facilities were very comfortable. Husband and grandson were particularly impressed with the huge flat screen TV! Breakfast was continental, varied and substantial, and we felt no need to ask for cooked English breakfast which could be ordered at a small extra cost. All staff were helpful and courteous.
Summary
Enjoyed our one night stay in this hotel, room large and comfortable, bed super king and very nice too. The hotel is central to west London and has good transport links. Some parts of the hotel were being renovated and apart from that a good place to stay. Staff pleasant and very helpful
Summary
Easy excess to travel to central london and west london.staff very friendly and helpful. room was what expected, basis but ok. car park small hold about 10 cars!
Summary
I booked this hotel as wanted quick access to the M4 and a car park - it is ideal. They charged £15 for 24 hours in car park which is amazing value in London; do book a car park space in advance as apparently it does get busy; reception were helpful to me though even tho I hadnt booked car park; 2 min walk from the tube. Room slightly tired decor but very clean and good size for price; it was a hot evening and window only opens a chink but huge floor-standing fan in there which was thoughtful.
Summary
Great location with a clean room and staff whom couldn't be more helpful - in particular 'Sam'.
Summary
Room was ok, there was a strong smell of paint on stairwells. Shower was hot but very slow. Staff were very good. On the plus side, very close to Earls court exibition centre and tube.

Summary
The hotel price was excellent value for money as the hotel was well located, the staff very helpful and polite and the location very good for restaurants , shops, etc.
Summary
Hotel was well situated, good value for money (after Laterooms discount of 200%!), clean & spacious. Breakfast was fine, staff very friendly & helpful & on the whole we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. However, we chose the hottest day of the year to stay & so room was hot (no A/C) so we would have loved long cool showers, but sadly the shower had one setting - boiling hot. Having said that we would definitely use the hotel again.
Summary
Friendly helpful staff. Clean room and linen/towels. Continental breakfast, full english an extra £2.50 food good. Car parking £15 per day.
Summary
On the hottest weekend of the year, we had a nice stay at this hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful and ready with advice. The room was bigger than I expected, the bathroom was fine, except it was difficult to maintain temperature of the shower. There was no AC in the room, but it was not uncomfortably hot as the windows opened fully.
The car parking was a godsend. The hotel is quiet, and well positioned, less than 5 minutes walk to Earls Court Tube, major museums are very close.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and its staff and stay there again!!
The hotel is conveniently situated minutes from Earls Court UG, so 10 mins from Central London.
For this level of hotel, I would have paid twice the amount in Central London.
Clean, comfortable rooms, staff friendly and efficient and breakfast, basic, but good.
This hotel is ideally situated as it is only minutes from Earls Court underground which is itself on a direct line from Heathrow Airport. The room was fine as a place to recover from a day's sight-seeing ie. clean. Staff at breakfast were very pleasant and hard-working but the ones we met at Reception were surly and abrupt. The price was okay for London.
Summary
Hotel was basic although location was great for Earls Court tube. Breakfast assistant was pleasant extremely helpful. On check in my debit transaction was not put through correctly leading to a declined transaction, yet when I called my bank they advised the transaction had not been submitted to them and therefore the hotel were not submitting correctly. There was nothing wrong with my card, this was an error on the part of the hotel who did not process the card application correctly. This was correct as the gentleman was doing other things whilst awaiting my card to process. Would not stay again.
Summary
Upon arrival there was minimal parking which was also quite tight to manoeuvre in. When trying to get back through the barrier to gain entrance on foot to the hotel, I was left waiting for a good 5 minutes with all my luggage - in the end I had to manually lift the barrier myself with my suitcase and other luggage.
The gentleman at check - in was pleasant, it was only at this stage though that I was informed that the hotel did not offer dinner, only breakfast. Considering the write up stated that there was an onsite bar and restaurant, I found this to be very misleading.
I therefore had to venture out into Earls Court to find something to eat. Whilst there were plenty of options, I am a young female who travels for business on her own and not having the security of the hotels restaurant left me feeling a little intimidated as the street was very busy.
The room was stifling hot (no air con). I did not feel safe having the window open as I was on the ground level at the rear which backed on to the so called car park. There was a fan though...
As for the shower, well it acted more of a wet room since the shower head was faulty and drenched the entire bathroom including the towels! Handy!
I have completed one of the hotels survey cards and have heard nothing back.
A very disappointing experience.
Basic Accommodation, not the comfortable of beds, slight odour of the remnants of being a smoking room, small bathroom but very adequate and clean.
Summary
Bedroom no.18 very good; 2 single beds and adequate space. Continental breakfast was okay, served by cheerful staff. Very convenient for Earls Court tube station and exhibition centre (3-4 mins walk), yet in quiet location. Plenty of shops, pubs, restaurants etc very close by. Only major problem was the lift was not working during my stay., and the electronic keycard for the room was somewhat temperamental (but aren't they all?)
Summary
Stayed here for a night and regret did not book for more nights. The hotel was fully booked when we wanted to extend our stay. Well positioned for London with accessibility for Piccadilly, District and Circle Lines. We arrived early at the hotel, about 9.30 am and were allowed to leave our luggage whilst we looked for a breakfast place. Came back about 11.30am and room was ready for us. Extremely helpful reception. Lift to room was small so you may need more than a trip if you have big luggage. Room was spacious with king size bed and a sofa. Bed can comfortably sleeps 2 Adults 1 child. Room was clean with tea coffee, LCD TV, writing desk, hair dryer, toiletries, iron & board and all the basic facilities you could expect from a 3 star hotel. Bathroom was spacious with bath and thick, clean, fresh towels.
Free WIFI in rooms!!
Breakfast was good with the normal toast, croissant & danish pastries, cereals, fruits, tea, coffee or hot chocolate, juices. Cooked breakfast available at different price.
Definitely a good place to stay. Strongly recommend. I'm staying at a different hotel right now, 40% more the price, 2 x smaller room!!
Easy to find from Hotel directions and sat nav.Parked using Parkinmydrive.com as couldnt rely on space still being available at hotel. Very friendly, good breakfast choice. Great fluffy white towels !!
Summary
My wife and I stayed over the bank holiday weekend and we were both impressed by the location and quality of the hotel. Earls Court tube station was only 5 minutes walk away and the double room was spacious and comfortable. Tea and coffee was available in the room which is always welcome. The only complaint would be that the TV reception was poor, but we didn't go to London to watch TV so it was only a minor snag.
Summary
Staff of mixed nationalities all work as a team, help each other, are keen to enter into conversation with guests when time permits and seem a happy bunch. This contributed to an enjoyable experience at the hotel. We would stay again and will recommend to friends.
Summary
Remarkably quiet for being so close to EC, veryhelful staff, brekfast ok, good choice and quantity. recommended so long s you can get it at the right price
Summary
For the price, the best hotel I have stayed in at the capital, I will certainly stay there again...
Summary
We enjoyed over overnight stay, the hotel was very accessable from Earls Court Station, easy walking distance and very comfortable accomodation.
Summary
Hotel Staff very friendly, the room was clean, only stayed one night but would stay again.
Summary
Lovely room clean and spacious, all that you need for an over night stay, but breakfast was rubbish, would not have that again.
