I was very happy with the cleanliness and general appearance of the Hotel, however the window in our room was faulty - after reporting this to reception, the problem was not resolved! I was frustrated that the member of staff on reception was not very helpful or reassuring and when a colleague came to "fix" the window it was merely jammed shut. The window would therefore not operate for the duration of our stay which was not pleasing. I was also nit impressed by the lack of willingness to act upon our requests. My experience on a previous stay at this hotel was much better.

The hotel was clean; the staff were friendly and the room was larger than we expected. Excellent value and we hope to use it again.

This hotel is locaded just minutes from the Earls Court tube station which is really handy.
The lobby area is OK, nothing more. The elevator is for 2 people only or 1 person and a suitcase. Tiny. It wasn't working when we arrived which I wasn't to bothered by.
Our room was very big, bed comfortable even though it was made of two mattresses instead of a one big (king) one.
The big let down was the reception staff. Neither nice nor helpful and more interested in chatting on their mobile phones then attending to us.
We didn't have breakfast at the hotel since there are many restaurants & coffee places around the hotel.

The hotel was ok, typical lowish quality exhibition useful lodging, they were in the process of updating the hotel but to suggest they hada carpark would be stretching a point. Also on the day I stayed my room on the top floor was unbearably hot and I was unable to open the window any wider than a crack, this was pretty frustrating. The restaurant was closed for refurbishment so I went out for tea, breakfast was pretty grim

Really good value for money - we booked a family room for 4 and it was approx 35 each. We were attending an event in Earls Court so the hotel was only a few minutes walk, and also the same distance from the tube.
The room was quite big, and was clean. Highly recommended.

This hotel was dreadful. There was no hot water when we checked in and we were not informed. We were never able to have a shower or bath and the compensation was a continental breakfast. We were booked for 2 nights, we checked out after 1 night and moved around the corner. Staff although friendly, were helpless.

Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was great: a short walk from the district line tube station, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, and in a nice area for strolling and exploring.
