We stayed in a double room The bed...
We stayed in a double room. The bed was very comfy, nicely designed spacious room. Good location to Westfield Shopping Centre. We paid £116.50 for the night room only, so i felt it was good value for money. Hotel had a nice bar area and lots of seating in the lounge areas. We would stay again.

The hotel is clean and modern but I...
The hotel is clean and modern, but I had a room in the basement (1st floor) and there was a very bad sewage smell, to such an extent I asked to move at 11.30 at night. They did this without question. It was a particularly warm night but the smell was evident from the corridor.It feels like they are maximising every opportunity to make a few pounds with bottles of water in the room with price tags of £4.50 on them and a vending machine on the corridor with software drinks and beers with one small can of Carling priced at £7.50! Looks like it caters for the local large corporates with big expenses budgets. The car parking next door was quite reasonable for London and you paid by the hour.

I thought the hotel was very clean.The rooms were big and comfortable.The staff were friendly and the stay was great.The hotel is walking distance from the Apollo We did not pay for breakfast so i cant comment on the food.Yes i would stay here again.

I stayed here because of the proximity to...
I stayed here because of the proximity to Olympia and the great Late Rooms rate. I had one of the smallest rooms - a junior double - it was clean and reasonably furnished. Bathroom was clean and nicely arranged, with lovely BeeKind toiletries. I couldn't believe the £4.50 price tag on the bottle of water left in the room.This seems over the top - most of us don't need spring water from Fiji!Staff were helpful and I didn't wait long at reception.The giant Westfield shopping centre is less than 5 minutes walk away including a good range of restaurants and a multi screen cinema.

The room I had was a little small...
The room I had was a little small, but advertised as a single not a double so I can't complain. The hotel is great, stylish and pretty convienient for Sheppards Bush Tube station and the central line. Breakfast was excellent!!

What an amazing time we both had here...
What an amazing time we both had here! I honestly cant fault it, the customer service was outstanding all the staff were friendly and helpful, we upgraded at the last minute, and so glad we did! The room was spacious clean and real value for money! The food was lovely but pricey, but the price was to be expected, great location. We regularly stay in London and would definitely come back here!

Found the hotel a little disappointing for a...
Found the hotel a little disappointing for a 4* but comfortable enough for my business trip. Staff working in the bar were great and looked after me well. Two things mean I will think twice about staying there again - an outrageous £15 per day internet access charge and an even more annoying £10 charg to use the gym facilities.

Wasn't in the most obvious location being down a residential street, but after arriving at hotel I have nothing but praise. From check-in to check-out the staff were good and the room was the best I've had in London!

Really nice hotel good location and smart rooms...
Really nice hotel, good location and smart rooms. It does have the longest corridors in the world, and we didn't bother with breakfast there because of the extortionate prices, but we'll go back.

There are two sides to this Hotel the...
There are two sides to this Hotel, the quiet side and the side i was on. On my side there is a railway line that runs 24x7 carrying big trains. Given that i couldn't get air ion the room, this was a major issue for me and led to a sleepless night.I wouldn't go back, even though it is a perfectly OK, there's too much choice in London to put up with that.
