Staff friendly and helpful- room clean - good value for money. Hotel on main road so you can hear noise of traffic etc. even thought there is double glazing but this did not bother me too much.

Although room rate was good, you would still expect to find the accommodation as advertised and clean. Overall, disappointing.

The hotel was run well with my well sized room being clean throughout and kept clean during my period of stay. A very ideal hotel to base yourself for shopping or whatever in the center of Croydon with all the modes of public transport within a five minute walk.

I love this Hotel, it is close to East Croydon Train Station, the room was excellent, it was nice a quite, spacious and very clean, I couldn't really fault it.
The staff were friendly and helpful, I would recommend this hotel.
We booked this hotel last minute (i.e. the night before) and had to phone LateRooms to book it as could not check availability on-line. The LateRooms customer service representative requested a travel cot which was not in the room but we had a double bed and a single bed (triple room) for just £89. The room was large, very clean and much more spacious than some four star we've stayed in recently for over double the cost. There was a bath and a shower which is a plus, the TV worked well. We paid extra for breakfast which again was good quality and I would stay here again. The downside is that there is no parking and you have to park at a local NCP next to a shopping centre, you do get 25% discount when the hotel validate the ticket. Overall, happy with our stay here.

Enjoyable stay at Jurys. Modern, clean comfortable room within easy reach of station. Receptionists need an injection of personality though as they were not very welcoming. Would stay again

Also charging for wifi albeit £10 for 24 hours [or £5 for an hour] is simply irritating when every coffee shop provides the service for free !
