Very functional and handy for Imperial Wharf overground station. Shame they don't have any decent beer in the bar.

On the whole the staff at the hotel were good, the reception staff were very helpful and polite although I had a brief conversation with a maid to who I asked "excuse me do you have an iron for this room" to which she replied "No" and walked off, I was quite surprised that she didn't offer any other information on how to get one,I suppose this could have been a language problem.
I was however disappointed with the quality of the rooms that we stayed in. The carpets in the rooms where very dirty and the shower in one room was very hard to regulate the temperature and in the other room it was almost impossible to get a constant temperature in the shower, it also had a very loud squeaking noise coming from the valve.
The rest of the room was ok.
The Jury's Inn is located next door to the new Imperial Wharf overground station and NCP car park. Excellent fast connection into central London and somewhere to park the car. Hotel was clean, tidy and felt very safe. Breakfast was well worth adding to the reservation.
Summary
To say it was a pleasurable experience staying in this hotel could not be further from the truth. Firstly upon arrival i was charged over £100 more for my room than originally booked on late rooms and after much discussion was told i could expect a refund BUT the funds would remain taken from my account for the next 5 days. The hotel is average at best and the staff very unfriendly but the real kicker was when i used the hotel phone - 3 times to voice mails so only 1 second each and then a 3 min call to a colleague. imagine my surprise as i was confronted with an addition to my bill of £54. thats right £54 for 3 mins of call time and a few straight to voice mails. the receptionist said the hotel didnt control the lines yadda yadda yadda . well one word DISGUSTING . the jury is definelty not out - this place is terrible and should be avoided !!!!!!
Summary
Good Value in Chelsea Harbour Area
Summary
Hotel a little far out of London with very few facilities around it except for a Tesco local, however hotel very comfortable and I had the best 2 nights sleep ever in a hotel , quiet and extremely comfortable bed .Near to overground railway which connects to underground. Breakfast good value but other meals not tried as menu seemed expensive .
Summary
Our arrival at the Hotel was fine, the staff were helpful and attentive. Our room was clean, plenty of wardrobe hanging space and a good selection of tea/coffee.
The morning breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly.
Our only disappointment was the location, no restaurants or bars nearby.
The Overground was first class and saved a long walk from Fulham Broadway.
I had booked this room in November 2010 and visited same on 27 May 2011. On our first night we were given a disabled room on the first floor. The windows would not open because we looked out onto a flat roof and it was for safety reasons. It was very stuffy and as I have asthma this did not help the situation. There was air-con but it wasn't great. When we spoke to reception next morning they said they were over booked the previous night and would move us to another room. This was so much better with windows that opened.
Summary
Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful, however the staff in the bar when we wanted to order food and drinks were not the same. I had to wait at the bar for 10 minutes, even though the bar man had seen me and disappeared into the kitchen and didn't come back. I then had to attract the attention of another employee who was bringing in food and asked him if someone was available to take my order. He told me that he couldn't take my order for another hour as the restaurant was too busy (we were in the bar).........
Summary
An ok hotel. Comfortable bed and decent sized room. The windows only open a fraction (being several storeys high) and the air-con was not working. The night receptionist attempted to twiddle the dial in our room, but to no avail. He did offer us a change of room, but by then it was midnight and we elected to stay in the room - so, maybe check the air-con earlier.........
The Tesco metro across the street is a god-send for buying snacks, etc. We didn;t eat in the hotel, mainly because it lacks ambience, being a large characterless place really.
The travelling to the city centre is easy - the C3 bus to Earls Court then a choice of buses or underground, no problem.
I would certainly only stay here if I got a good price-deal - the rooms are not worth the £190. they were asking for people who had not booked (I wanted to extend a further night, and was quoted £190 for the room I had paid £99.00 with late-rooms!)
