Clean, provides all the basics, free wifi too. Felt safe as a lone traveller. Friendly reception.
Summary
As a single person I feel comfortable on my own as I know the hotel well now and it is on the 74 bus route.
Summary
Great location for earls court, typical chain hotel, all ok rooms fine, shower good, did not eat there as left early,
A reasonably good hotel, very handy for Earls Court and Stamford Bridge, home of Chelsea FC.
It's hard to find value for money in London these days, so if you book early enough, there is usualy a good deal to be had at the Ibis.
Don't expect luxury, though.
Very spacious foyer, with comfortable seats,Helpful receptionist and quick service.Room 549 was a double, but room was quite small. However,it was very quiet and bed was comfy,so had a good night's sleep.
Summary
Good hotel - especially if you're going to Earls Court, which is a two minute walk away. Probably a little off the beaten track if you want the sights of central London but it's only five minutes from West Brompton tube.
Staff were pleasant at check in which was gone 10pm. As it's not a new build Ibis you had a proper bathroom not one of the inbuilt one you get at new sites.
Room was clean but very small. Hotel nice, not too noisy and for London not bad in price. Breakfast was excellent.
Summary
We booked in at 10.30 am even though we were notified we couldn't until 2pm. This was extremely helpful as we were going to Chelsea for the match kicking off at 12.30 and didn't want to carry our bags to the game. The room was excellent , having the pub on the first floor a great idea in fact we ate there and stayed in the bar Saturday evening. the breakfast on Sunday was excellent. If we decide to stay over again after a match we will definately book the Ibis
Summary
First impressions were good, check in was efficient & room was clean and functional. As with previous reviews, the temperature was extreme and the tiny opening the window allowed did not help.
Although the furnishings were a little tired and there were (old) stains on the carpet, the room was clean and overall the hotel was pleasant. For a budget hotel it was a pleasant experience, which I would have no hesitation in staying again.
We looked into the bar, but the food was very expensive and there are plenty of pubs within walking distance serving better & cheaper food.
Only negative was trying to check out, even though I had paid for our stay on check-in, there was a big queue to check out and there was no drop-box to put our key in.
Closest tube to the hotel is West Brompton definitely not Earls Court as advertised! (15 min walk)
Very handy for earl's court and for tube lines (in zone 1 so cheap travel). not a lot in the immediate area in terms of decent pubs/places to eat - didn't try hotel bar/restaurant as we went into the city both nights. rooms a good size (esp for london), parking a reasonable rate. good value depending on the deal (anything under £90 is very good value for this, I'd say)
Summary
For a hotel that considers itself a budget hotel this is a comfortable one but the breakfast is not great for the price although its help yourself and eat as little or as much as you like so all in all its a nice and cheap place to stay for a night or two. we've stayed there three times now as itis very handy for the exhibition centre and easy to get around the city from, via the tube. Over all we like it.
Summary
Attending a party locally this hotel was great as we had 24 hour access, a clean warm place to sleep and shower and somewhere to park the car. For events at Earl's Court it would be great. Loved the funky Troubador up the road for brunch.
Summary
Reception staff very helpful, room immaculate and good value for money. Good location for the tube.
Summary
Our stay at the hotel was very enjoyable. Very nice room (great view from the 12th floor),nice furniture , very comfortable bed and very good bathroom (always very clean). We liked that hot water was available all the time immediately.
Summary
My daughter and I make an annual trip to the Ibis hotel when visiting the International Horse Show at Olympia. This has been our fifth visit to this particular hotel. We return because this is a friendly hotel, with a swathe of different nationalities serving their guests with friendliness and efficiency. The hotel is welcoming and we always enjoy our stay and look forward to returning the following year.
There was just one tiny criticism during our last stay, and that was that the room was not heated adequately . I told a member of staff, and hope my comments were noted. Other than that, a fabulous stay once again. Thank you Ibis!
Ibis Londone earls Court Hotel is perfectly located for a visit to the capital: only one connection on the train from Heathrow, and only two blocks from West Brompton tube station on the Distrct Line: great for all the sight seeing you can ask for.
Nicely finished marble bathroom, reasonable sized room, qood quality bed, clean: I would highly recommend this hotel for a reasonably priced accomodation in London. No complaints whatever.
The room was very cold, when I came into the room the window was left open and the cold wind was blowing in the room. Despite turning the heater on, the room stayed very cold. The bath filled up with water while I was showering, and the water's temperature did not reach an acceptable hot level.
Summary
Very clean hotel staff. Very friendly and helpful.
Summary
Accommodation was clean and perfectly adequate for a one night stay. Door lock was not working properly and needed several swipes with the key card before opening. This would have been frustrating on a stay longer than one night. Breakfast was OK but starting to get expensive at £10.50 each - up about £2 or around 25% on a year ago!
Summary
The 1st room they give me,was not ready and dirty.the 2nd room was good but I was woken up twice in the morning and I was not very happy and when I booked out they did not charge me for the last night.but the staff was good and happy to help
Summary
We chose the Ibis for convenience for Earls Court centre which was just down the road. West Brompton was the nearest tube station being a short walk to the hotel. There are several bars and cafes nearby for breakfast etc.
Summary
Room was clean, close to West Brompton tube and the Earls Court exhibition hall and great to drop into London Centre too

This was really good value for money . not well sign posted for non Londoner.
Summary
Close to underground station with quick link to the centre of london. The hotel was clean and staff friendly. The buffet breakfast was good value for money but probably due to being busy the was a lack of cutlery, trays and uncleared tables. Apart from this, we had an enjoyable one night stay

Not bad enjoyed stay and would recomend this hotel
Summary
The Hotel Ibis Earl's Court is not bad for the price as prices for London hotels are extremely high.
The location of the hotel is less than 5 minutes walk away from the West Brompton Station and gives easy access to places in town for shopping or sightseeing.
The rooms are dated and old. Hopefully they can refurbish the place some time soon.
Did not spend much time in the hotel as I was there on business, however I can only comment on the little time I spent, the house keeping service was very good (top marks on this) The check-in was quite efficient. The buffet dinner at restaurant was satisfactory..! The bar service was ok, however am not sure what the hotel policy is regarding bills charge to room. I believe once a guest is staying at the hotel they can be allowed to charge bills to their room.

This hotel is in a good location - a few minutes walk from West Brompton tube. It is also within walking distance of Earls Court tube. Hotel room was clean. Bed comfortable. The room could do with some refurbishment, however I would stay there again.
Summary
Stayed at Ibis Earls Court as a base to see George Michael At Royal Albert Hall.
impressed with the location in relation to Tube.
Room more than adequate.
Enjoyed a drink in George&Dragon!
Got the room through late rooms at half the rate of booking directly with the hotel. Clean room suitable for our overnight stay for a function just down the road.
Summary
On the whole I was satisfied, execpt for 2 points: (1) For this price, a small fridge should be available inside the room. I noticed that the cabinet was so designed as to putting in a small fridge like what other hotels do. But the cabinet was empty without any fridge. (2) Every day a seemingly senior staff lady would knock on the door both before and after cleaning - "before" is to ensure that the guest is not inside, "after" is to see if the cleaning done by frontline staff is okay or not. While I appreciate the quality assurance spirit behind, I think that it's a bit too disturbing, especially when I responded to the knock but the "senior lady" just got away quickly. When I rushed to open the door, she was already walking to the other doors, and she just said that she was to make sure if anyone was inside ... ... If she could have be more patient to respond back to my response to her without running away immediately, that'd be nicer. Moreover, I think to check only once after cleaning is already enough.
Summary
We only stayed in the room for one night but it was very clean and comfortable although the TV didn't have any sound! We did tell reception upon departure. We asked for directions to a Theatre and were given a printed map with a highlighted route which was really helpful. Friendly staff and an all round favourable experience.
Summary
I would not recommend the IBIS Hotel, Earls Court, to anyone. Reception staff are unhelpful and lack customer service standards, whilst their managers fail to set appropriate standards. Bedroom inadequately cleaned - stains not cleared up, rubbish left and even bed left unmade a couple of days. Local amenities poor, although tube station close by. On a positive note, bar staff were very helpful with room service.
Summary
We were attaining a conference, and stayed at hotel Ibis. Got a room with a good view of the city. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Quite expensive because we stayed for 8 nights.
Summary
It was an Ibis, it could have...done more but it was ok.
