Where Hotel Russell Is

The historic 4* Hotel Russell is situated next to Russell Square in the heart of Bloomsbury. The hotel is adjacent to the Russell Square tube station, which can take you to Covent Garden, Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square within minutes.

What to Expect at Hotel Russell

The hotel was built in 1898 and is a beautiful Victorian building containing a truly magnificent mosaic floor that has lain resplendent in the lobby since the hotel was originally built. The mosaic floor has been fully restored after being covered up due to war damage. Hotel Russell undertook a £20 million refurbishment to bring it up to the luxurious standards it now has.

Hotel Russell has 373 en-suite bedrooms which have been finished to a high standard to provide the upmost comfort and luxury. Choose from light snacks and sandwiches, traditional afternoon tea and early evening cocktails. Fitzroy Dolls restaurant is more luxurious, offering top class dining in a superb large Victorian dining area with a wealth of period features.
