| Stayed for 4 nights in August 07 - the room was great, very comfortable, all new bathroom. The hotel itself was gorgeous - my American friend was very impressed, particularly with the marble staircase and the fantastic dining room. The location is excellent, very close to the Tube station. The only fly in the ointment was the charge for the wireless internet in the room - 50p a minute. That worked out to £30 an hour. The internet cafe down the street only charged £1 an hour. Most hotels in the US provide this service for free. It's a beautiful hotel, just don't connect your laptop! |

| We had a lovely one night stay and were very impressed by the building and the service. The only disappointment was to be shown to a small, low round table for our breakfast. My partner being over six feet tall this made for an uncomfortable breakfast. A black mark on an otherwise excellent stay. |

This is a beautiful historic building which has been tastefully refurbished. We spent one night in an Ambassador room which was very comfortable and clean though a little hot, but the air conditioning soon sorted that. The food was lovely and the service good.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.... we have booked another night there later this month and plan to stay there again in the future. |

This is a beautiful historic hotel which has been tastefully refurbished. We stayed in an Ambassador room which was very comfortable and clean. It was hot but the air conditioning sorted that out. The food was lovely and the service good. The only problem we had was a member of staff walking in without knocking. I would definitely recommend this hotel.... we will certainly stay there again.

| the art tech rooms are really nice and like many others we recieved a full upgrade. no bath robes or dvd player and the playstation is locked away. The electric beds didnt work but the 42 inch plasma screen is well smart. We did have a problem being bothered by staff walking in phoning up and generally being annoying. |

A mixture really. Got a free upgrade to the art + tech king from the queen room, however, the bed's gadgetry was unavailable. Room service was great, reception was adequate. However, the room was smart,
I did enjoy my stay though and would recommend it as a modern, smart, comfortable room within the historic hotel ideally situated close to the heart of London's West End. |

| My parents spent their wedding night here 50 years ago. We plan to pay for them to come here again. Reading comments in the guest book, thought we'd better check it out. Spent 5 hours there. Viewed standard, ambassador and art and tech rooms. Found them all up to standard. spent time in the bar and ate in the restaurant. Found staff friendly and helpful, service and food good. Enjoyed our time here and would have no hesitation in recommending a stay at this historical Bloomsbury hotel. |
