On arrival a pleasant surprise to find I was upgraded from a single to double room. Staff friendly and efficient. Room clean, modern and all functional with good internet connection. With the proximity to Paddington it is a smart choice for quick connection to western part of England and Heathrow. Great for business travellers or those on a tight schedule

Watch the Disabled Room

Overall, the hotel was just what we wanted, convenient for Paddington Station and good value. Three of us ended up with 2 rooms in the basement, one room was excellent but the other (the disabled room) was really noisy being next to the boiler or air-con system, and the shower flooded the whole bathroom floor making it quite dangerous. Too noisy to sleep and lots of soggy towels mopping up bathroom to make it useable. Avoid that room it if you can.

Chic boutique value in a prime location

This is a great find and by far the best service we've had in a London hotel. It is a bright and stylish place with small but very well-deisgned rooms and incredibly clean. Only downside was the disappearance of an expensive item I left in the room by mistake. Our enquiries after checking out unfortunately drew a blank...

Modern clean and tidy but small.

Bets bits.. lovely bed and duvet, great shower, very clean, 1 min walk to tube.
negatives.. very small room 109, mini bar a little expensive but suppose thats London, flat screen tv is limited to basic freeviev channels or pay.

Bah humbug

Neither my colleague nor I made it to this hotel due to the snow but we were still fully charged anyway despite ringing to give notice, they wouldn't even give a discount despite the fact we didn't use the facilities, have breakfast etc

We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay at the Hotel Indigo. The staff were welcoming and the room was lovely. We would certainly go back again.
