Comunqnue, big value for money.

This is a superb hotel, thoroughly clean and just a pleasure to stay in, I couldn't fault anything and i'm consider myself to be very fussy, especially about cleanliness.I have stayed here before and will always choose this hotel as it's the best one i've stayed in so far in London.

I booked this hotel for a weekend break for myself and my boyfriend. It was everything it said on the details and the rooms etc. were chic and lovely. Not particularly cheap, but it was valentine's weekend and London! I would definitely recommend this hotel if you like chic boutique. We will be going back. The food was good too. Really close to Paddington tube, so easy to get around. Staff were very helpful and interested in any recommendations from guests.

Wonderful stay! I was upgraded to an executive room which was spacious, modern, clean and very bright -very different to most hotels that I have stayed in London. Being so close to Paddington Station was real bonus as it was easy to walk to and from the station. Also very close to interesting restaurants.

Lovely room, although when we checked in the receptionist told us we had been upgraded to an executive double, but I had already booked and executive double, so was expecting a good room anyway. Breakfast service was poor, cold coffee and tea, table was not laid up, had to get own cutlery, food was fine when it came , but felt they could not cope with passing trade as well as hotel guests. Room great, breakfast did not live up to 4**** status

Great location but be warning rooms facing inwards (away from the roads) are very small in fact room 305 was extremely small. However this was made up for by the welcoming staff and the great coffee/lounge facing the road, ideal on a sunday afternoon.I would definetly stay again.

As long as you don't practice 'cat swinging' as a hobby, this hotel is superb. Quality and modern furnishings, clean and excellent customer service, lovely breakfast, free wifi. Only minor downside was the size of the room, which is common in London anyway - but they have made the most of the space. 1 minute walk from Paddington Station. I felt safe as a female staying there alone. Try the Lebanese cafe across the road or the Ask restaurant on the next parallel street along.

Loved every minute of being at this hotel. Our room was very plush, - although not that huge, but cosy. Decorated beautifully!!. we were in room 106, which has a outside terrace/balcony. Not cheap - but well worth the experince. Wish we could have stayed longer!!

Having ready some rather negative comments against this property I can only say my wife and I have stayed at this hotel twice and on both occasions found the staff very friendly and the rooms clean with nice bedding and we would stay again and look forward to the experience.
