Little bit tatty round the edges (window 'double glazing' pane was on the floor, not on the window) and a few nicks out of chair, desk, etc but very clean and everything worked. Staff helpful and friendly. Fantastically central location.

Summary
Stayed here one night on business. Room was at least warm, comfortable and clean. TV remote missing and hair dryer didn't appear to work but small issues. I deem it good value in London and would book again.
Summary
I didnt end up spending much time in the room but the bed was fine, bathroom facilities were excellent and price was great. Well worth getting private bathroom as when looking around a lot at similar price were shared facilities. It was a tad noisy but i don't think any inner city hotel would be quiet (if you are a light sleeper do think twice though) and breakfast spread wasn't fantastic. Overall it was a value for money short stay, nothing more needed to be said
Summary
Room was clean and spacious with 2 twin beds. Lighting was either bright or really bright in the room, but light in the bathroom was dull and not great for make-up etc.
The dead-lock on the door did not work and the door banged every time someone came into the corridor. Also an extremely soft mattress, struggled to sleep on it.
Breakfast was not great, I would pick something up once you leave.
Given the price and location, would recommend, just watch the beds!
A lovely hotel, very nicely decorated in a modern, contempary style. Stopped in a double room apartment room.. My only issue was the double rooms/Apartments are not at the main hotel as addressed, but further up Gloucester Place, 5 mins walk from marylebone station. But this doesn't detract, as it is a bit quieter up there, away from the main road.
Summary
Very convienient for me to stay here. Hotel was modern and clean. i had a single room and it was small but Ok for 1 night. It was very hot in the room though and windows were blacked out and could not be opened. there was aircon in the room, bt i could not get it to work. maybe me rather than broken.
comfortable bed.
Breakfast was very limited, to bread, yogurt, cereal and fruit. but if you want something substantial plenty of places nearby to get cooked breakfast.
I got to hotel82London , The front desk person was very polite nice and relax and ever so helpful,
got to the room 3rd floor there was a hole in the wall where the door handle made , coffee stain in the carpet near the table , In the bathroom the tiles were crack and the sink basin was cracked there was a leak from the basin to the floor , hair in the bath , other wise ok !
I stayed over night at the hotel82london, the receptionist was very polite and helpful with directions i needed, the room was very nice, warm and clean.
The only complaints i have are, THE LIFT, i found it very chlostraphobic and can only really accommadate one person, and i noticed a plastic bag left on the stairs near my room, i reported this to the receptionist but it was still there the next morning.
However these complaints are minor, and for london the price was good! i would book this hotel again.
Friendly staff, central location, ideal for a girls shopping weekend.
Summary
I booked quite last minute and needed a hotel in a specific location, after trawling through loads of other hotels and reviews I stumbled upon this one and I'm so glad I did!
It was in the perfect location for us and very close to tube stations and Oxford St shopping.
The price was excellent and much, much cheaper than any others I could find in the area.
We had a twin room, the beds were extremely comfortably plus it was nice and quite spacious, a luxury for a London hotel! The continental breakfast was simple but good quality and hit the spot. We had a ground floor room which was a little noisy thanks to some guests, but that's not the hotel's fault.
The facility for storing luggage after checkout was secure and easy and I would definately use this hotel again.
