Probably more star especially the bathroom with some...
Probably more 3 star, especially the bathroom with some dodgy grout and thin towels. Good shower. Room service meals were average quality though the salmon on the kid's menu was bland. Be prepared for 10 min walk to KC station - good exercise. Main attraction - £20/day parking. Helpful business centre staff. Empty working fridge also a plus if travelling with children.

Expensive expecially for what you got - a...
Expensive, expecially for what you got - a very tired room, out of date furnishings, noisy old air con, clock at wrong time, bathroom fittings old and marked, no room service after 10.30 except for drinks. I had booked the hotel on the day via Late Rooms, and booking had not been received so I had to call Late Rooms and wait 10 minutes before they could check me in.

room 147 cold room, heating not working, given a portable electric radiator, cold room service food, room directly above goods delivery entrance. 2.55am very noisy delivery from 2 different companies.
