What an impressive Holiday Inn, excellent service and staff. happy to return
Summary
Certainly a nice place to stay and very convienient for people with buissness in North London. However, it is VERY close to a major night life area and can get very noisy, especially on Friday night, as I found out!
Summary
The first accomodation we booked on line was awful, so we had to find somewhere else quickly., although the hotel was good, it wasn't worth the rack rate we had to pay and so failed to live up to expectations on value for money. The street below us was quite noisy when people left pubs around and about. Apart from that the accomodation was a of a good level, and certainly, despite the cost, it was a far more suitable choice and location for us, which was a relief., just would have expected a little more luxury at £300, without breakfast. a night.
Summary
We booked a room for an International guest musician on Friday night at £180. When the artist arrived he was told he could not have his room because the Hotel needed the card used to secure the booking online. We phoned the Holiday inn over 50 times with no luck having the phone line going to an answering machine which asked us to leave our details and they would call back. It is now Mondayl. In the end the musician had to use his own card to pay for our booking (How embarrassing) and we still never heard back from the Hotel! We will never use or recommend Holiday inn hotels!
Summary
Very clean&quiet stay...would be better with larger lift.
Summary
Enjoyed my stay here and would be happy to book with them again
Summary
Very noisy street outside of the hotel that quietened at around 3.00 on a normal Friday night, followed by the recycling trucks emptying 3000 bottles at around 6.30 and to cap it all a fire alarm at around 7.00! - so bring ear plugs. holiday Inn - why no double glazing???
Staff uninterested in anything we had to say - just shrugged shoulders....wont be coming back
We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn. It is rght in Cambden town and close to the markets, and shops, and the underground. We enjoyed being so close to the lock and took a walk along the towpath. It was vey close to the underground so it was easy to get around London.
