This was a last minute trip and we wanted to be close to Sloane Square - we were pleased by the size and facilities in the room and couldnt believe how reasonable the room rate was (you are literally 1 minute from Victoria Station!) The only downside was that as you are so close to the station with the window open you can hear station noise!

my wife amp i booked for an overnight...
my wife & i booked for an overnight stay mainly because of the close prximity to victoria. This is the third time we have stayed here & i have to say we have always found it a good place to stay. on our most recent visit the staff were pleasant & helpfull. we have always found the rooms clean & of a good size. You can sometimes get a bit of noise from the station but the rooms are pretty well sound proofed, the top floors are the best.On the whole a good reliable hotel i wold reccomend.

I was put in a room opposite London Victoria station. Unfortunately the construction went on throughout the night and was extremely noisy and I got no sleep. The next day the reception staff were not interested in taking the matter any further, they did not appear bothered. I have also complained directly to the hotel chain. If you do stay here do not stay in a room opposite the station.

Had to distract the staff at the desk from chatting to between themselves to get checked in, I was the only person there ! Girl with dead eyes checked me in, not entirely sure she had a pulse. Little old lady shuffled up the desk, she'd had dinner there, asked dead eyes if she could call her son to pick her up. A prompt and infomative 'no' was all she got. Room was dark and dingy, red hot, AC did not work (winter time !) and building work went on through the night so beware - get a back room. Better stying at a travel lodge or premier inn, little difference.

Location is excellent - just a stones throw from Victoria station. Standard room is fine - clean, comfy bed.Gym is in the basement and is a bit tatty, but absolutely fine if you're just there to get fit. Staff weren't supervising the gym and I couldn't see any changing rooms, so make sure you get changed in your room first!! (I learnt the hard way).Would definitely use again if I could get a cheap rate on laterooms.
