A plesant hotel, but there is no lift so if you are on the third floor the last flight of stairs is quite narrow and could be difficult to negotiate with a heavy or large case.Excellent breakfast. The room was clean and well presented, with tea and coffee making facilities

Don't stay in this hotel if you want the lap of luxury but definitely do stay here if you crave value for money. Very clean, functional and conveniently located - an excellent price offered by Laterooms.com ........... I even had free parking for the night (weekend only) on the well lit street right outside the hotel, which in London is a rarity.

I stayed at the Harlington Hotel for one nigh after booking an en suite single room. The hotel is lovely and it's in a nice and convenient area. It's 10 minutes walk from King's Cross, and just 5 minutes from Russell Square Tube St.My room was tiny but nicely decorated and clean.Breakfast was rich, with continental buffet and full English breakfast. It's definetely a good 3 star hotel in central London.

Clean, convenient, well-priced for central London. Breakfast was much better than I was expecting, breakfast staff were friendly. Rooms not spacious, and the 'double' I was in would have been a bit crowded with 2, but well furnished, decorated etc.No bar or restaurant at hotel but plenty in the area.

Highly recommended. I only booked the night before- it was a small room, but perfectly adequate. The staff were friendly and really helpful - I left bags until 7:15 on the evening after I checked out which saved me from the extortionate left lugggage charges at Paddington. Free WiFi in the hotel, lovely bright breakfast room, good quality food (real muesli) and fresh flowers on the tables. I was delighted and would definitely stay again.

Only 3 complaints: 1, i had was that it did not serve a vegetarian breakfast which was on the same level as the meat breakfast.I felt that there should of made more effort to provide veggie saugages or an equivilant. 2, the shower was much to small, if i was any bigger,i think i would of had trouble getting in and out. 3. The TV was much to high and with it being flat screen, meant that we were at the wrong angle when we sat down and had poor picture quality. i liked that they had free internet as we were able to plan our visit as we did not have time before we left home. the eggs at breakfast was great and good variety of cereals, juices etc.staff were friendly and polite and the room was smaller than expected but clean and modern.

I have worked in London many times and struggled to find a decent hotel on a small budget. The Harlingford was fantastic: great place just 5 mins walk from Euston. The room was fantastic, for once, just like the lovely photos!! The little design features were great bathroom was lovely too - very clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. For breakfast there was a whole continetal buffet or full english and a full pot of freshly brewed Real coffee - yum!! It was like a home from home!!

For the money I don't think you can beat this in a central location in London, Pleasant interior and exterior, clean room, great bathroom with shower. Paid for a single bed but it was more like a double (not sure if it was a double room), had plenty of space in wardrobe for hanging clothes.Great breakfast including buffet and full English on request. If I had to criticise anything I would say the bed sheets could be nicer, as they where a little on the thin side.

I was very impressed with the quality of this hotel and the service I received. I stayed for only a night but needed to be close to Covent Garden and the station if possible - this was both! 5 mins from Kings Cross and a lovely stroll through Russell Square in 10-15 to get to Covent Garden. The location was perfect, the staff were excellent and I particularly liked the lounge (complete with cat and roaring log fire!) which I was invited to treat as my own, when I arrived a couple of minutes earlier than check-in. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The bathroom had recently been renovated, was modern and very clean. I couldn't fault this hotel and I will certainly return.

Good location, nice decor and amenities. Definitely a cut above what one can usually find at this price (below £50). However, when I uncovered my bed I found that the pillow clearly had some sort of dried bodily fluids on it. Very unpleasant. Hopefully this was just a fluke as otherwise I would recommend the hotel and consider staying there again.

I really should give this hotel a bad review so people don't go so I can always get a booking but I just can't. I travel around across the country and stop in a lot of hotels and for the price I haven't stayed in anywhere that offers this level of quality. The room was modern and clean, the staff freindly and a decent breakfast. This will now be my first point of call for a hotel room in London.

Great location, very close to St Pancras on a quiet road. Very helpful and friendly staff - opened breakfast room early for me at 05.45 - thank you! Room a good size for London and had own bath and shower. Zizi the kitty was an added bonus. Be aware if you're on the lower ground floor you can hear the trains/tube but didn't bother me as I much prefer that to traffic noise.

Was very pleased to be able to book a hotel with good ratings but was a little disappointed when I got into the room, it was very small with the double bed against a wall. Bathroom was clean and modern and the room was decorated OK with most expected facilities. No drawers, just a small cupboard and the stool was on the verge of breaking. Full English consisted of sausage, bacon, tomato and fried bread but there was toast, cereals and fruit as well so it didn't matter so much. Would use this hotel again.

The hotel's own web site is quite sparse with only a few photos so I wasn't sure what to expect. The location is very good and I walked down to Covent Garden in less than 15 minutes. My room was stylish and comfortable. The bathroom was stylish and small but perfectly adequate. The biggest surprise was the very nice cooked breakfast.

I went for this hotel as the reviews seemed better than other (more expensive) hotels in the same area.I was really impressed by the friendly welcome from the young man on reception. I got my keys quickly and found my room (en suite single) to be both comfortable and very clean. Despite being given a basement room, the decor made it feel light, bright and warm. The bed was slightly larger than I was expecting for a single and the attached bathroom was also well decorated, stocked with fresh towels and very clean.Although I could hear the rumbling of underground trains I actually found this quite soothing and had no problems sleeping. The breakfast was very well prepared. I read in one review that the portions were small... but I felt the size was just right, and those with a more excessive hunger could help themselves to as much additional cereal, fruit, youghurt, cheese etc. as they could cram in! The fresh cafetiere coffee was very nice too and the staff serving it all were exceptionally friendly and polite.Overall, I felt incredibly secure (being a lone female traveller) and very comfortable.I would definitely stay here again (perhaps soon for a Christmas shopping trip if I can convince the other half :))

The wife and I were pleased with our stay at The Harlingford overall. If you're looking for somewhere cheap and cheerful this could be the perfect solution. The rooms are small as you'd expect for this price but clean and the bathroom was more than adequate. The breakfast is great, as good as you'd find at any top class hotel and the staff were helpful in the sense that they let us keep our bags in reception whilst we made the most of our last few hours in London.

The hotel is set in a crescent, i had a single room at the back, so there was no road noise which was bliss. The room was small but had everything i needed and all the furnishing were of a good quality. The bathroom only had a shower, but it was all newly furnished and was of a high standard. The staff were very curtious and the breakfast was wonderful. I had a superb stay here and would definately stay again.

If you're doing a 1 night stay, or a quick weekend break, then the single rooms are fine if lacking in high quality touches and storage space is non existent. The big Georgian windows make for interesting viewing if you hope to use the bathroom ameneties, and there's the usual collection of TV, kettle and tea. No spoon unfortunately, but easily overlooked.Staff are all very nice, very helpful, and I'm sure that a longer stay than my own would have been very comfortable. The location of the hotel, maybe half a mile from Euston Station, is great - though it's definitely worth jotting down a quick map because it's not on one of the main drags so you will have to do a bit of weaving to get to it.Not somewhere that I'd take my girlfriend, but I say that without having seen the double rooms - so they may be of a more suitably "romantic" quality - however for a man in the city for a night out it's pretty much perfect.

I almost regret that I will have to give this a review as I would rather it was a well kept secret. The hotel sits at the end of a curved row of georgian type houses overlooking the central gardens and tennis courts. It is 5 mins from kings cross and the same from russel street tube. There is a buzz lock entry, spacious immaculate lounge and internet terminal £1 for 30mins. I was in a basement room, double bed and spotless shower room. The bed was comfy. I was up too early for the English Breakfast but they let have croisant and juice. All for £55 in central London!

I was impressed with the frontage of this hotel, very smart, lounge and dining room very attractive. Reception staff very helpful.I had to be out early the next morning so they opened the breakfast room for me to help myself to fruit, cereals and toast. The single en suite room was very small but okay for one night. Carpet could do with a shampoo and the curtains need rehanging. Bathroom was fine.I was on the second floor and would not have wanted to carry a case up there, I only had a small bag, maybe the staff would have helped?Location is good, few minute walk from St Pancras, Kings X. Euston Road buses to all of London a few minutes walk.

A lovely hotel close to the underground and not far from centre attractions. The room was clean and well decorated and staff were friendly and helpful. As mentioned on the site there was no lift at the hotel so there was a long climb to the top floors which would not suit all guests. The only thing lacking for me was the breakfast experience. Whilst the food was good there was a limited choice of cooked food for vegetarians (egg and tomato only) and I was not allowed to sit where I chose to, being placed (for the third time) in a corner with my back to everyone. Otherwise it is a good choice for a London hotel.
