Summary
We were booked on the Queen Mary 2 sailing from Southampton but needed to see several people before the ship sailed. This Hotel was an ideal location to base ourselves for a couple of days. Right in the centre of the city with everything close by and a fantastic Indian restaurant opposite.
Summary
Nice enough... Good customer service... Rooms a bit wee
Summary
Paid for upgrade to 'Executive room' at the Hotel, this was cheaper than booking this via LateRooms. Room was (very nice though fairly small) with a nice garden view. Location is fantastic for the British Museum!
Summary
I got an internet deal and was also upgraded to a King size room and I thought the room was stunning - comfortable and stylish. Didn't have breakfast as was in a hurry for a morning meeting and it seemed a bit overpriced but the other staff were very pleasant nd helpful.
Summary
The reception staff were helpful, the hotel clean and well presented, the room pleasant if a little hot, but the whole experience was let down by a really poor breakfast.
Unhelpful staff, empty cold buffet station, the "hot breakfast" was cold, the milk was either UHT or off neither of which I think is acceptable, unfortunately it ruined the stay. I would probably still stay at this hotel again as it was very convenient but I would go out to eat.
Didn't try the bar or restaurant so can't comment on them. The room itself was a SMALL double room in the basement and could only accommodate a small double bed which was up against the wall.
Glad I didn't pay the full room rate of £200+. As it was, the £90 I paid - excluding breakfast - was OK for central London, but not what I'd consider good value for money.
I was quite upset by the Grange White Hall: no TV (it does not work), no Wi-fi (the same, even if I have paid £10/24h for that), the manager never replied to my questions, and "sorry" was the only answer I've received for all my stay. I am not very demanding when I am in a hotel for leisure. But the hours waiting to have a proper answer to normal asking… was incredibly slow and poor. And the room given to us (the Ground 003) was very noisy along Montague Street. Impossible to sleep after 7am.
Summary
A very small standard double room. My hsband is 6'2" and his feet were hanging over the bed. You could hardly squeeze around the bed to the dressing table. Although tall we are not big people. Had a disappointing experience trying to cancel the room before 12 they refused to cancel payment and would not upgrade.
Area/location good. Wold not go back to this hotel.
We were just looking for accommodation for one night as we had quite a busy day planned in London. We were looked after as soon as we checked in. The room was really nice and clean and everything we needed. Would have no hesitation recommending this hotel.
Summary
One night overnight stay as going on eurostar next morning. Late discounted booking which was very good value for a central location, walked to Drury lane for a show and walked to St. Prancras for train.
Summary
One night stay with the wife for leisure. Upon arrival the staff were pleasant and helpful, we were also pleased to find out the room we paid £78 for was normally £225. The room was of an excellent size, with a comfy bed and good facilities etc. The only negative was the "throw" cover on the end of the bed had several stains on it, which we obviously removed. Saying that, the bed linen etc was clean as we then checked that too. We decided not to make a fuss as we were eager to hit the town. On checkout we were asked if out stay etc was ok, I informed the young lady at checkout of the throw cover on the bed and she looked puzzled as to what a throw was ?. There were no apologies, not good.... As yet still undecided as to wether we would stay again.
Summary
Yep. Real nice. Just a nice room, with Sky Sports on the tv. Clean, good shower. Nothing "wow", just nice.

Summary
Found check in staff to be rude, hotel was nice but it's the people that make it and unfortunately that's what has put us off. We also asked for a quiet room on a high floor and were told by check in staff that had been honoured but we were put in a first floor room right next to the lift and were then woken up during the night by people talking loudly, laughing etc
Summary
Positives: fantastic location, polite efficient staff, when we requested an iron and board it was brought immediately, shower pressure and temperature were excellent
negatives: room on first floor was more suited for one person for one night-not for 2 people for 3 nights..there was no luggage rack, little space for clothes storage, no chair except for at desk ...there was space in the room for small table and a couple of chairs and a luggage rack but none were provided
Staying at this hotel was quite delightful with excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms and a fine setting for access to central London attractions. It was unfortunate that the breakfast was treated as an extra but allowing for this the price was still reasonable. I should certainly choose to stay there again. Richard Hunt
Summary
Superb location and a very smartly presented hotel. Room was immaculately clean and relatively quiet given that it was at the front of the hotel and only on the first floor. As is often the case with converted townhouses the sound insulation wasn't terrific - creaky floorboards above etc but other than that it was excellent value at the laterooms rate.
Summary
Good location, lovely website photos, but a tiny room and not quite the 'quality' feel that the website portrayed. Nothing better than a Premier Inn in reality, and you'd expect more for the price. Bed was very comfortable though.
Summary
Excellent location, just round the corner from the British Museum and several underground stations.
Stayed one night and found it easy to get to the theatre, and for shopping Oxford Street is within easy walking distance.
Pleasant, modern-meets-old decor and clean, small bathroom. Very quiet, pretty street despite very central location.
Only criticism is that it was very warm in our room but it was possible to get some slight relief by opening the windows and the quiet location meant that no traffic could be heard even by doing so.
We were swiftly directed around the corner to the much busier location of the larger hotel; the Grange Holborn, which was really clean and very high quality. We were offered breakfast as compensation for not having the hotel we had originally booked and were both impressed that this was remembered without any question or hesitation in the morning (almost as if the whole thing was quite a common occurrence (?)).
Summary
A well placed quiet hotel if you need to visit the Covent Garden area, only a ten minute stroll to the Royal Opera House and ten minute walk to Euston Station. Surprisingly quiet hotel given the proximity to central London, relaxing atmosphere.
Summary
Amazing location, so near to Russel Square tube station and thus Soho, the West End, China Town etc. Hotel very clean and comfortable with everything you could require. 24 hour bar and reception. Great.
Summary
Excellent location and good value for central London. Nice Georgian building, comfortable room nicely decorated. Would stay again.
Summary
I really enjoyed my stay at Grange White Hall Hotel. I had originally requested a double and because I was unhappy with two twin beds being pushed together they upgraded us to a four poster bedroom! Needless to say, the service is outstanding. Within walking distance to the West End, this central London hotel is great value for money and I would certainly stay again.
Summary
Great hotel very clean and characterful with a fab art deco lift. The room was really big for a Central London boutique hotel and the bed big and comfortable. Excellent value for money in a lovely location (Bloomsbury is one of my very favourite parts of London). Would stay there again in a heart beat

My only critisim is the bed was not 4* standard
Summary
The hotel had problems with the room I had reserved (electrics or something....) so they upgraded me to a suite... and gave me breakfast on the house. Extremely good customer service - lovely room - would use them again.
Summary
We enjoyed our stay, hotel is ideally located for west end theatres etc. Quiet location and good value.
Summary
Friendly staff, great room.
Summary
All the staff were exceptionally efficient and helpful. The room was small but clean and sufficient for one night in central London, given the price. The bathroom was ridiculously small, with the loo literally shoe-horned in beside the bath, which made use uncomfortable.
Maids don't respect the check out time and barge in with only a cursory knock.
Breakfast was pricey and served accompanied by simply awful rap music from a local radio station with poor reception, not what one wants to hear first thing in the morning. Not one fellow resident enjoyed that, so please change and provide a calm, warm and friendly breakfast experience.
