I booked a single room at this hotel. The room is very very small, especially the bathroom (only shower, no bath). The basin was just next to the toilet which made me could only sit on the toilet sideways ...The only advantage is the location, very near to the Gloucester Road underway.

Hotel room was very small but clean & tidy. Fine for just one night but would want a larger room (and wardrobe!) for a longer stay. The bar was open for a very long period and friendly staff throughout our stay but beware of the breakfast prices - £17 for a continental breakfast and £23 for a full english - PER PERSON! Ideal for a short walk to the Royal Albert Hall but there are many places around the hotel to eat at cheaper prices.

1. It is a good and safe place for you to stay at London by tube travelling. 2. Quality of room is good. 3. Just the reception for customer service feels unwilling to help.

Upon arriving at the hotel, the man on reception was very rude and unhelpful. I was charged a £20 fee and he seemed unable to explain what this fee was for. All he could tell me was that it "should" be refunded when I leave the hotel. i will be keeping a close eye on my credit card statement.other than the bad start, the accomodation was nice, clean and quiet. The bathroom was starting to look a bit grotty though and could do with retiling.

Good location ,quite easy to find off Cromwell road, very near Gloucester Rd underground. Twin room small but adequate for what we wanted. restaurants, tesco express, waitrose, boots all by the station for all your needs . Breakfat at hotel so expensive so doubt anyone eats there- If they charged a third of the price then they would generate more income. Friendly staff , would use again

Stayed at Hotel while on weekend break in london. Location is very nice and on London Bus Tour route next to nice Museums etc. We were given a tiny basement room on arrival and felt it was as a result of Booking Hotel through Late Rooms as although we checked in early and realised immediatly we were being sent to the basement and asked for another room they wouldn't move us. Also the couple that checked in just before us didn't use late rooms and didn't end up in the basement. They did however change us to an equally tiny 1st floor room the next day as promised for our final two nights. The hotel is clean but dated and of two to three star quality max. There was a noisy party in the room next to us but apart from that..........well you can decide for yourself??. There are equally priced more modern hotels nearby.
