Can't fault it. Great location, comfy and well appointed room, very friendly and helpful staff. Will come again.

A very nice hotel in a quiet location. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Our room was small but as we were only there for one night this did not matter. I would definitely stay here again.

I found the Grange Rochester Hotel to be an excellent value for the money. The hotel was situated in a quiet area, but close to Victoria Station and other Westminster area attractions. The room was spacious and included all the usual amenities including cable television, wireless internet (for a fee), and a tea service. The staff, and particularly the consierge, were extremely helpful. The only negative was the restaurant, which we considered to be of only average quality and somewhat overpriced.

Friendly staff, very comfortable and large room. So convenient for Victoria and getting around London, would definitely stay here again.

This hotel with period decor of wood-panelling was very comfortable. Helpful & attentive staff.

Lovely hotel in a good location just 5-10 minute walk from Victoria station

This is the second time that I've stayed here. The staff were professional, courteous and helpful to the extreme. The twin room was clean, the facilities were excellent and the Queen size beds were as comfortable as any 5 star hotel. The best part was the fact that the bags were kept for us both before our stay and after...That in itself was worth so much to us, it allowed us to enjoy our stay in London so much more than we would, if we'd have had to cart our bags around.
We are already looking forward to our next stay!!!

Very comfortable & staff helpful. Breakfast expensive at £18 so did not try. Good value at rate through lateroomsdotcom for a sunday night. not sure i would pay more.

I found the hotel to be close to the tube and within walkable distance of areas of interest. We were celebrating a birthday and meeting with family. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful and secured a taxi for us on two occasion.

Secured a comfortable, quiet twin room at a third of the advertised price, so as the hotel was ideally located for us we were very satisfied! Would definitely like to repeat the experience.
