Staff were friendly and hotel was okay but bed wasn't very comfortable and it seemed just too expensive for a room that didn't even have it's own bathroom.

Summary
The staff are very friendly. The location is great. The cost of any extras is/are ridiculous. Dont buy water in the hotel. Breakfasts at £17.50 is gross. We breakfasted in any one of 4/5 restaurants after the sting of the first morning. And they were of much better quality.
Summary
Large, clean rooms. Friendly staff. A nice stay to a low price!
Summary
The hotel is fine: I got exactly what I expected (lack of en suite loo but what do you expect for a nice clean room off Russell Square for £60)? Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was well presented and clean. Room was spacious and well-appointed (bar loo!). All in all I'd certainly stay there again.
Summary
Surpsised to find that I had an en suite shower and basin, but no en suite lavatory.
Apart from that, everything was good. 24-hour reception
A breakfast tarrif in the room would have been nice as well as the room service one
Summary
Nice hotel, good location
Summary
I got a last minute deal to stay on a friday night before xmas and found it to be an excellent value hotel (I paid about a third of the normal price).
It is an excellent location for central london with a 15 min walk to leicester square but in a quiet street away from the hustle bustle of central london.
The room was excellent and had all the standard things and a iron/ironing board which was nice. There was a shower in the room but the toilets are shared for the whole floor (there were 4 on my floor). There was also a TV but it had a limited no of channels (not even all of freeview channels).
I went out for the evening and returned at about 3am. The hotel doors were locked but the reception is always manned so no issue.
All together, an excellent value hotel for the price I paid and I would recommend it to others.
Don't miss it, the WC is out of the room in ther corridor.
