Relaxing

From the moment we got we at the desk being checked in my girlfriend and I received personable, and caring customer service from the friendly and professional greeting to the helpful concierge room service. The room was well presented and comfortable, making it easy to settle in. The only downfall really was our view out the window was just a wall. Even that though is not really of much importance.

Our stay

We found that the staff very helpful and friendly although when we ordered drinks on the night we got back to the hotel the gentleman serving wasnt very good at understanding our order and totalling up the cost other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again

Great Location, a little tired round the edges but good value

Stayed with colleagues for meetings near Oxford Circus and couldn't have been more convenient. Rooms were a little dated but had everything needed, were clean and tidy. Only downside was room I stayed in (room 8) was a little noisy and right off reception but it was ok.
Hotel seemed generally quite quiet so hopefully that indcates some good deals to be had.

Highly recommended

We only stayed the one night but the staff were very friendly and accommodating, the room was a bit small but had everything that we needed. I must say the shower was probably the best shower ive had in a hotel room, very powerfull and loverly and hot. I would definately stay here again.

Bad customer service and food left a bad taste in my mouth

They screwed up my colleagues booking and were less then helpful in rectifying and resolving this late at night. When we persisted they eventually found suitable accommodation, albiet not convenient at all. The staff were rude, unhelpful and disinterested.
We also requested food and were given a pizza delivery menu after a wait - it was closed down.
Its a shame as the location would have meant I was a regular but not given the quality of customer service they provided.

A weekend to remember and forget .

My partner and I decided to have a short break in London . It was her first visit to the capital and I wanted to impress and show her the main interests . I am a big football fan and she hates football but I managed to get 2 very good stand tickets for the Charity match United vrs City on the Sunday . She promised to come to the game if I could also take her shopping ! We agreed .
The hotel was ideally situated and was central for most of everything . The hotel staff were excellent and very helpfull and the room was clean and comfy although a little small and a bit warm .We had an excellent Sat and thoroughly enjoyed the day and night with plenty of entertainment and good resturants near the hotel .
Sunday was another day but I was so looking forward to the match !! Clanger of the weekend - I realised that I had forgotten the match tickets at home !! What a prat !
We enjoyed the rest of the day in Oxford Street and Harrods ! At least she enjoyed the shopping !
Consolation was United won the Charity Shield !!
