Friendly staff at breakfast. Good location. Perhaps not the best variety of cooked breakfast on offer these days - but edible, clean & tidy. There was some hiccup over if I had paid for breakfast in advance - I had - but it was a bit uncomfortable whilst I was being "checked out". A bit crowded ! Easter I supose..
Summary
Realy enjoyed my stay. The room was in a great location, being just outside london it was peaceful, yet with the tube station only a 5 minute walk, getting to Oxford street and anywhere else we wanted to go was really easy. Reception were really friendly and helpful, recommending great places to great places to go, and catering our every request. Would definately recommend the apartments, the kitchens great so if you don't want to spend money on eating out you can easily cook your own meal, plenty of space and a good cleaning service.
Summary
Given that this accommodation is in Bayswater I found the place excellent value for money. I had a two room suite for £107 per night. Brilliant
Summary
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the room was just what we were after, we'll be back !
Summary
We enjoyed very well our holidays staying in this apartment. The staff were friendly and nice. The apartment was clean and well prepared to welcomed us. Highly recommend to those who want to have everything just around the corner in Bayswater area.
Summary
As described, clean tidy and big enough for 3 lads. Would have preferred 3 singles but we made do. Good location near tubes and good value for money.
Summary
I got a room at the end of a long corridor in the basement past the hotel's laundry and cleaning department where I have never met more unhelpful and rude people in my life. The accommodation was basic, noisy, dark and dank. If you are a mole and like to live in a hole - try this one for size.
Summary
There was a stink in the bathroom and bedroom. Poor air conditioning. Do not have lift in the back house and we were on the third floor. Information about that do not appear on the book website. But it is a good location in London.
Summary
Reception area excellent although staff could have been more friendly. We had an apartment which consisted of a lounge with sofa and table and chairs and a kitchen - enough to make a drink and I would not have liked to have cooked in there. Bedroom was small - just enough room to get round the bed - which was very comfortable. Bathroom excellent. The accommoation was spotlessly clean. Much better than an hotel room and would definitely book again. Very handy for Bayswater Underground station.
Summary
I was quite disappointed to see the actual size of the rooms as they look alot bigger in the photos. Did have a pleasant stay though, was ideal for one night. I would probably stay here again if I got another good deal - wouldnt pay full price.
Summary
The photographer has worked wonders with this one, we couldn't believe how small the room was for 4 people. It was basically a double room with a double bed squeezed in. The decor was tired, particularly in the bathroom. We paid over £500 for 2 nights room only, expecting a really nice 4 star apartment, but were left extremely disappointed at what we got for our money.
Summary
Room was small but clean. We had a fab time. The air con didn't work in the room. Everything else worked except the oven. There wasn't any instructions for the use of the oven or the microwave. The room safe wasn't fixed to the wall or floor. The maid service was good. We managed to cook breakfast and dinner each day with the facilities provided.
Summary
On checkin, i was advised the 6 bed family room i requested with the booking confirmed was already booked! so i was offered another 2 bed room aprtment which was tiny. Definately not worth the money!!
Summary
We stayed in a room for 3 people. The room was quite warm but we had aircon and the windows opened which was good. The room was a little small for all of the furniture that the hotel had tried to cram in and could have been thought about better as you had to fight the furniture to get in and out and around the room. It did have everything that you could need however and we would definately stay here again. The local area is great for somewhere to eat drink and shop and hyde park and kensington gardens are only a short walk away which lead into Knightsbridge and Mairfair is also a short taxi ride or longer walk away depending if your in flats or heels ladies! All in all good clean hotel in a good central area with good amenities.
***BE WARNED THE HOTEL DOES TAKE YOUR MONEY FROM WHOEVER RESERVES THE BOOKING UP TO TWO DAYS BEFORE***we werent aware of this as usually in hotels you pay on check out and it inconvenienced me and my friends quite a lot.

Had a great weekend here. Very comfortable beds too . Thank you
Summary
Was good value for price. Clean , though there were a few dirt stains on the chairs and floor- and chipped paint. The bed linen etc was all clean though.
Summary
Box room tucked away at the top of the building ......felt like rapunzel.
Summary
The pictures on the website do not reflect the actual condition of the room itself. I booked a double executive studio, on arrival the room was so tiny, there as no sofa in the room just two chairs. I felt so claustrophobic that we had to pay extra and upgraded to a one bedroom apartment. Again the one bedroom apartment wasn't at all big, our bedroom view was of a brick wall, the carpet in the living room, hall way and bedroom had stains. The price and rating of the apartment does not reflect the quality of the apartment when entering the room. However on the bright side the location of the apartment is very good and the servic provided by staff was good.
Summary
Fabulous find, clean and well presented room. Fantastic location. Perfect for a business trip for a few days. Would recommend.

The staff were very helpful from the start to the finish.

We booked a room with a cot as we had a baby with us, when we got to the hotel we were asked which room we wanted, but got told we would be better off on the second floor as it would be easier, and got fobbed off with a room with loads of stairs, both inside and out and no cot, also there wouldn't have been room for a cot. we asked for a different room and was given one on one level and it had a cot in already, so clearly this was meant to be our room that we booked, it also was considerably larger than the other. however this room was crawling with ants and was shabby in places. reception staff (with the exception of one lady) were rude and obnoctious, we also booked breakfast but wasn't charged for it or asked if we wanted it. to call this hotel luxtury is quite insulting
Summary
Nice hotel however we had a basement room which was very noisy with overhead traffic at night.
Would only stay again if guarranteed an above ground room.
Stayed in an "Executive apartment" for one night with my Girlfriend and a friend. The place was easy to find, close enough to shops and tube stations. The room was lovely and big, had a double bed and a sofa bed, small kitchenette and bathroom. Wasn't noisy or cold (despite the very cold weather right now) TV was freeview not sky as advertised but we were sightseeing and didn't have time for TV anyway so not an issue for us.
There was a nice little smoking area in the courtyard with tables and seats, it's nice not to have to stand out in the street or in some dingy little backalley to go for a smoke, we woke up late on our checkout day and the reception happily gave us an extra 15 minutes to sort ourselves out after a quick phonecall to them.
Overall, I was very happy with the hotel, and would reccomend to anyone and will try to get a room here again next time I have to stay in central London.
Accommodation excellent and comfortable. Directional Signs to rooms could be improved (our accommodation was 502 i think). Male reception member, on arrival could have been a little more pleasant and helpful. Other staff were fine.
Did not have food at the hotel - out from first thing until late - so can't review that.
Breakfast starts at 8! Too late if you are going to work.
Our first apartment had a squashed can which had been used as an ashtray stashed behind the curtain. We were also put in the basement: it was very dark. The next room was slightly better with a view of a brick wall. You have to go outside to get to breakfast which was a greasy fry up.

Summary
The hotel was easy to find, just a 5 minute walk from Bayswater tube. The room itself was through a courtyard and up a metal staircase - not a problem, but felt a bit like we were approaching a bedsit type place! The room was as described really but looked a lot smaller and less plush than how it looked on the photographs. It was a little disappointing but bearing in mind the price (each person in the group of 5 paid 90 pounds for two nights stay) the room was perfectly acceptable. The staff were all nice and responded to our requests very promptly when we asked for more tea bags and for somebody to look at the air con as it was blowing cold. All issues were resolved within minutes. There is a good facility to leave backs in a secure area after check out which was a god send to us. I would definitely use these apartments again as they are reasonably priced and minimal hassle.
Summary
The hotel was quite difficult to find as Princes Square is made up of more than a square.
Once in the hotel, my room was equally hard to find as there are many corridors and doors to negotiate.
My apartment was quite small but well equipped and comforable
We found the apartment modern and clean, well equipped and very comfortable for our needs. It's a great base for exploring London with easy access, yet it's just off the beaten track so it's also a quiet retreat. Great to find a good standard of accommodation for a family of five. Highly recommended!
Summary
Excellent value for money in central Bayswater location. Nice room. Better than a hotel and brilliant price. Will use again.
Summary
The reception area of the Grand Plaza looked lovely, clean, spacious and the two reception staff were very professional and pleasant despite having very a very difficult task that day. That was all I saw of the apartments though: there had been a booking mistake and I, along with many others had to be transferred elsewhere because more bookings had been taken than there were rooms. A full refund was provided but I was stuck with the alternative hotel provided which was absolutely horrible: a tiny dirty room with used sheets on the bed = yuk!
Great Location for Notting Hill Carnival. Our studio apartment was adequate and pleasant but could do with a bit of TLC (eg blinds falling apart).
Phoned reception after we had checked out to ask them to send on a phone we had left in the room and although they said they had found it they wouldn't post it to us even if we paid for postage etc. Found that a bit bizarre! But all in all would stay there again
Bit of a rabbit warren when trying to locate your selected room-got lost 3 or 4 times during our 4 day stay. The hotel has lifts but you have to negotiate stairs up and down when wheeling your cases. The cooked breakfast was delicious. Laundry needs attention as most washers and dryers were out of order
