Single bed rooms are like prison cell Tariff...
Single bed rooms are like prison cell. Tariff of single bed room was GBP 74. I requested to provide a bigger room. But receptionist refused. Then I payed additional GBP 18 to book a double bed room which is slightly bigger. Bathing enclosure is very small. Room has cable connection with lots of channels. It is definitely not value for money.

Freshly decorated bedroom small but adequate and very...
Freshly decorated bedroom, small but adequate and very clean shower room. English breakfast could have been hotter but that's only a minor gripe. Convenient for Victoria Station - 5 minute walk-, Enbankment, Houses of Parliament asnd Westminster Abbey. Good for short stays.

I have stayed at a number of hotels...
I have stayed at a number of hotels around the Victoria area, and this is one notch better than the others I have used. The room was clean, recently decorated, and had a wall socket for the internet to back up the wireless.The breakfast was OK - lots of fresh coffee, cereal and toast, but the 'full English' was an economy version. On balance, good value for money and I will be going back.

Newly renovated since I last stayed was given...
Newly renovated since I last stayed, was given a quiet room with comfortable bed, good choice of TV on a flat screen, and a tiny but very clean and functional bathroom. Staff very pleasant and public areas very smart. Good breakfast included in the £64 rate, which for London and the location near Victoria is excellent value. Will use again.
