Very disappointing

Th photography for the rooms is very clever as it really is more of a studio apartment. The beds were awful 2 small single beds pushed together which every time you moved so did the bed. The toilet didnt work properly in the bathroom and the ventilation was poor and the towels which were supplied were very old and hard. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Stayed one night. Good quality accommodation. We had a studio room which fronted Cromwell Road. It was thus noisy up to 1am and from 0800. Did not bother us but if you are concerned best ask for a room away from the frontage. Very small kitchen - like a double wardrobe size but had what we wanted. Excellent position for walk to RAH and museums. Staff very helpful. Would stay again - comfortable and clean.

A fantastic 2 days in London

This accommodation was excellent value for money considering the location. Close to the underground station & local shops & restaurants. The staff were very friendly & extremely helpful. The Studio appartment we stayed in was very comfortable & had a contemporary feel to it. It was clean & tidy & the kitchen facilities were very good. one slight downside was the two single beds which were pushed together to make a double but apart from that it was a brilliant place to stay & enabled us to enjoy our visit immensely. They also have a very good left luggage service which enables you to check out & pick up your bags later on.
