This was reasonable. Close to a tube station so easy to reach London City. Room Clean and tidy. Room a little smaller than had hoped. No Bath. Reception staff halpul and friendly, quite professional infact.Breakfast.... HMM! Scrambled eggs and bacon but nothing else hot.Did notice that they had us down for a double room rather than family when we arrived. Sorted it, no problem, but what if there was no space??

las paredes eran como papel, el desayuno escaso, poco variado, y en la epoca que fue había que esperar a que se levantara alguien para poder desayunar. Cerca del metro

This hotel is not 5-star luxury, but compaired to what we paid, I have no complaints. We had a standard family double room (2 adults + 2 children) for 4 nights. The room was nice and clean, with a very nice bathroom, two doublebeds, tv and equipment for coffee/tea. Very reasonable. We met a friendly staff and enjoyed a fair breakfast buffet. It was better than most other hotels at that price level I've stayed at, and very close to the tube.

I stayed here 4 night for work commitments. The first night, my room's window was backing into a pub's garden which caused a lot of noise until midnight. The same room had the TV sound very cracklying making very impossible to hear anything. I changed the room the next day which was on a corner of the hotel and absolutely freezing!!!! The radiator was not powerful enough to heat the room and the hotel didn't have any electric radiators, so yet again I changed the room aftr freezing for one night. No compesation or upgrade or at least sorry from the staff or management! Although is close to the tube station the area is not very nice!

The first problem was parking in a dingy cellar and not knowing the way out. The lifts were not working and the carpets throughout were stained. The shower was cold at night even on max but then scolded me in the morning.

I thought the hotel offered decent facilities for a very reasonable price, and the location was conveniently situated for access to London.

There was no record of our booking but it was sorted out without any fuss, even though they were obviously busy. As you would expect for a budget hotel, things are fairly basic but everything was clean and in order. Kids enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Good location as tube station is just across the road, as are the shops and a retail park (Sainsburys and M&S inc).

stayed one night to go to a concert. Location handy opposite tube station and small supermarket. Parking price amazing(£7 day) more basic Holiday Inn than the larger ones but very clean, friendly, with everything you need. Wish it had been full b/fast but continental adequate and well organised. Would stay again and recommend it.

As a registered blue badge holder I am astounded that the disabled parking bay was taken up by a work van without a blue badge. The hotel manager refused to ask the van owner to move the van. The same happened the following night, then and only then did they bother to tell me that I can reserve the space for the next day. Don't supply a disabled parking bay if its not going to be allocated to a valid user. (all parking costs £7 per night) how about putting a sign up saying that the bay is shared use and the space has to be relinquished if a blue badge holder is staying at the hotel.Breakfast was ok but the croissants were hard as rocks, even when warmed there was little improvement

Ideal location for stress free access to the city centre, easy to find by car, secure car park was the reason for choosing this hotel and it was spot on. Access is to guests only and was available to us on arrival. The tube station is literally opposite the hotel and is accessed by a pedestrian crossing so perfect for a family with children( about a 30 min trip to Oxford Circus with just one change). We were very appreciative that the sofa bed had been made up for us as this is not normally the case in most other family rooms we have stayed in at other hotels. Would definately use again.

The accomodation was as one might expect from a Holiday Inn, although i did feel the place looked a little grubby. Secure parking for the area is a real bonus. I had aroom at the front of the hotel and the noise was awful all night. My room was on the first floor and directly outside were traffic lights with cars speeding away from them incesantly.
