Great hotel, close to the Apollo. Everything you would expect from a budget hotel, but with a yummy breakfast. Have stayed here before and would stay here again if i needed to be in this location.

Very nice hotel, at a reasonable price. The staff were helpful. A couple of minor niggles. Some chinese sounding people were shouting and bawling at some point through the night, and at 4 am the room telephone was ringing. Not much the hotel staff could do about the shouting I guess, and the phone rang off before I got to it so it could have been another guest calling the wrong extension. The breakfast was plentiful, buffet style,and you could fill up well, but hot food wise was limited to sausages and scrambled eggs. Parking at £15 a day is good value as the tube is a short walk away. All in all, a good experience.

We booked the hotel because we went to see Paul McCartney at the Apollo. The location for us was just fantastic with all our favourite shops right on the door step. The room was lovely and clean. We had our two young boys with us who both said they were really comfy in their bed. We all had a good night sleep and must say we had no disturbance what-so-ever. Car parking at the hotel was very good too! Real good value for money and friendly staff! would highly recommend.

We had a really pleasant stay, the hotel represented quite good value for us - the only improvement would have been if the second bed had been an actual bed as opposed to a Sofa Bed for the children. The room was very clean, tidy and all the conveniences worked well, the reception staff were lovely! The only blight on the trip is that a car blocked us in the car park by using what was not a true space. The car park has a pay and display machine meaning that non hotel guests can use it so although reception take the number plates of guests the car may not be a guests car. It would be better if the tickets were issued for guests only by the hotel reception. It took my husband 15 minutes moving the car inch by inch to get us out, if I were driving we would still be there now!

Overall a good place to stay for a city break. Hammersmith is very well connected and the hotel is friendly, rooms spacious and clean. Only let down is the breakfast which needs a little work.

Truly great stay in the heart of London.

This was a very decent and conveniently located hotel with a nice complementary breakfast.
The hotel staff was polite and friendly and the room, though a little small for two adults and two children was very clean and well maintained.
The hotel is a few minutes walk to the Hammersmith tube stop, as well as accessible to many stores.
We would definitely stay again.
