This hotel is made up of converted rooms in old houses, with no connections between the houses. Reception in one house, room in another, breakfast in another (not that I had time for breakfast. This was an inconvenience, but not completely the end of the world. The reception is well decorated and very spacious. Don't expect this to be an indication of your accommodation. My room was behind 3 locked doors on the ground floor. It was only possible to stand on one side of the bed and this gave access to the bathroom. The cistern leaked onto the floor, but at least the ants had a drink. The TV was on top of the wardrobe which made it impossible viewing unless you stood on the bed. There was no sound insulation, therefore I could hear 4 other televisions and conversations.. On departure, the reception was closed, with no visible (at 5.30am) letterbox. Therefore nowhere to leave the bunch of keys. Next time I you need to get the early Eurostar train, I will sleep in the station rather than stay at this hotel.
